"This home was perfect for us. The views of the bay were amazing. Dolphins would swim by almost every day. We saw the shadow of a manatee once. Caught some fish right off the bay from shore and from the beach. The beach is a short walk... maybe 3-5 minutes. Inside the home was beautiful - kitchen had all the plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc... we could need. Air conditioning worked great. Nice to sit on the screen porch and look at the bay. So much fun to swim in the private pool while also looking at the bay! Short drive to groceries and numerous restaurants, other beaches/parks. Hope to get back there again. Thanks for providing the great location for a memorable family vacation!"Guest: John Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: December 9, 2014View listing
"Absolutely LOVED staying here. Very good communication with the owners. The condo was very clean and had everything you could think of needing. It was like home away from home. Loved all the "extras" that came with ... Towels, beach cart, coolers and beach chairs just to mention a few! We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!"Guest: Shelli Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 11, 2014View listing
"My wife, parents and myself stayed here for a great week away from the cold in NY. A Great view of the gulf and the pool from the front room and the same great view of the gulf from the bedroom."Guest: Thomas M. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 19, 2014View listing
"My husband and I had an amazing experience at this condo in Bonita on Little Hickory Island. The condo was well decorated, with vibes of blue, white, yellow, very comfortable, immaculately clean and well kept. This condo has all the amenities we needed. We stocked up on groceries and enjoyed making candlelit dinners as well as eating our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Gulf watching the sunrise. At night we kept the sliding door open and listened to the waves and felt the cool breeze! We even took a dip in the pool and did some laps! We enjoyed walking on the beach, collecting shells and basking in the sun. We also took some long walks down Bonita Beach Road on the sidewalk looking at all of the beautiful homes and architecture. We drove to Downtown Naples (just a short drive) where this is lots of shopping and great 5 Star restaurants to eat. I highly recommend this condo and I loved the area!"Guest: Sista Fista Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 4, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
