  • Awesome vacation!

"Our family truly enjoyed your beautiful home. We spent most days at the many beaches in the area. It was nice to come back to this spacious home every evening and cook dinner. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub too... A huge plus for sure! We really hope to return soon! Thank you."

  • Excellent place to stay

"We just returned from spending a week at this lovely condo. It is a beautifully furnished and decorated place. The owner has thought of everything when equipping this condo even down to additional bedding for extra visitors, toys, children's movies, a pack n play and other items for infants. The place was extremely clean and all appliances (including the TV) were very simple to operate. The lanai was lovely and very private with lots of bushes that hide the parking area. The beach is a short walk and was accessed through a very natural path, bridge over a lagoon and then a sandy path with protected dunes on either side. Cars are parked in a shaded area with protection from the elements and is well-maintained. The pool area is very nice with lots of chairs and restrooms. Check-in was very simple and the staff at the office were helpful and accommodating. The owner provided us with a lengthy list of things we might like to see and do, restaurants and local activities. The J.N. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge was the jewel in the crown - a fabulous place to see local and migrant wildlife, well-structured, and so interesting. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and I would highly recommend staying at this condo when going to Sanibel Island."

  • A wonderful vacation home!

"Our stay in this beautiful home was wonderful! We stayed for the month of March. Our landlord was very kind and helped to make us very comfortable. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is in a very nice area of Venice convenient to everything. Our days were filled with relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Venice (of which there are many), taking long and pleasurable bicycle trips on all the bike trails and streets available to us for riding. We would start many days with a bike trip to the main pavilion to participate in the free yoga that is offered and follow that up with a nice breakfast somewhere on the island. The men spent many afternoons fishing up at Sharkeys Pier (also a bicycle ride away) while we women took a relaxing walk into town to nose around in all the wonderful little shops that offer such delightful treasures. There are many wonderful restaurants on the Island and surrounding areas and we enjoyed many of them. We also spent many days just relaxing around the house and cooking our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Venice Island offers a wonderful community theatre with shows that are very comparable to professional theatre. We saw Mary Poppins and the rock group "The Diamonds" We went to church at the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral on the Island. We also enjoyed hearing a senior choral group that performs at various venues in Venice - they were wonderful! This is our 5th year in beautiful Venice and we intend on returning again next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable vacation."

  • Marco Island Getaway

"This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. We plan to return several times each year. The unit is spacious, furnished nicely and an easy place to relax. The owner has been easy to work with and provides improvements to the condo each year. This end unit has an extra window which overlooks the pool. The balcony has nice furniture and even has a view of the ocean. It is a short walk across the street to the beach. We love being able to walk to great restaurants in the evening. We have rented many units on Marco and have decided this unit feels like home. We hope to return many times."

Bonita Beach Travel Tips

Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals

Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.

Bird Watching

One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.

Exploring Nature

Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.

Enjoy the Condo

After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
