"My husband and I spent a wonderful week here, a perfect getaway for us. It was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Naples is close for a ‘city’ day with great shopping! We really needed a break and the Bonita Beach and Tennis Club was perfect, quiet, clean, wonderful view, great pool. Doc's Restaurant and beach right across the street. We really enjoyed shell hunting and beach walking. Can’t ask for better vacation spot!"Guest: Kim Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 12, 2014View listing
"Amy and David were great and helpful while we stayed at their fun beachy spot at Bonita Beach. Easy, quick access to a very private beach area, close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed especially the large lanai in the mornings and evenings at cocktail hour. Golf close by. Loved it so much we have booked for a month next year again."Guest: Anne Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 26, 2014View listing
"Very well kept property for one or two persons with a fantastic view of the water from the screened porch. This condo is very well outfitted for your comfort. The owner is great to deal with. There is a beach bar restaurant called Doc's just across the street as well as several other restaurants nearby. The sunset from the porch is gorgeous. This is the perfect rental for escaping the cold and dreariness of winter in New England."Guest: Peggie H. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 16, 2014View listing
"Stayed in this condo for a month June/July and it was just great. Clean, well equipped, perfectly situated in the complex with full ocean view. Well maintained property overall including pool and the long lovely beach. Really quiet location on the very end of Bonita Beach. Proximity to both Sanibel/Fort Myers as well as Naples for a wide selection of activities as well as restaurants. Best recommendations"Guest: Sofie N. Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
