  • Really nice condo

"We stayed at this condo during the Thanksgiving holiday. There is a beautiful kitchen, and the condo was very comfortable. It was right on the gulf, and we enjoyed our beach views and coffee each morning on the patio. Our children enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

  • Great time and location!

"We arrived at Breakaway and were blown away with the accomodations! Traveling with 2 other couples to celebrate various wedding anniversaries and had a great time at "home" and exploring the island. Very relaxing to sit and watch boats and dolphins going by on the bay and then take a swim in the pool or bay. Would definitely recommend to anyone, families, couples, etc and we are already working on future dates to return to Breakaway. Thank you!"

  • Thanksgiving Week get away!

"We loved the place! When we walked in the house looked better then on the pictures. It had new couches and new bad covers. The house was spacious enough for our large group of 10. The kids and us absolutely loved pool! The dining table was large enough for all of us which was nice. The house is located in a very good area. Close to the beach, major stores and 's 30 min both ways away from beautiful beaches which we get the chance to go to. Kids loved to pick up the shark teeth. We loved the place and kids are still talking about it. Only couple of things I would suggest to do is to change patio furniture by the pool which was very uncomfortable and ugly looking. Also in the room with two queen beds I would change mattresses because they made so much noise when someone would move. It would wake us up from a sleep. Other than that everything was great and we had a wonderful time! I would recommend this place to my friends and anyone else."

Bonita Beach Travel Tips

Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals

Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.

Bird Watching

One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.

Exploring Nature

Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.

Enjoy the Condo

After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
