"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach-close home with us! What a great introduction to the Bonita Beach area. It was delightful to have a cup of coffee to start the day or a glass of wine to celebrate the sunset on the spacious screened porch. The condo was just as photographed, with excellent views of the beach and stunning sunsets. Parking was plentiful, the pool was clean and warm and other residents/guests we met were super friendly. It was a hop and skip to the beautiful beach, and we were very comfortable in the beach chairs and under the beach umbrella you provided. Shopping and restaurants were very close - we especially enjoyed a visit to The Best of Everything store! Looking very forward to staying in your unit next Spring, hopefully for a longer visit!"Guest: Karen M. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 21, 2014View listing
"Wow! What a place to stay when visiting the beach! My family and I have been visiting the gulf coast area for over a decade and this place is exactly as pictured! Of all the places we have stayed, this is by far the best for many reasons! This is the first and only place through the last fifteen years of traveling with children and alone that I have not personally cleaned and sanitized the entire place before settling in. I didn't need to! The bathtub was even bath ready! And I am very particular about that sort of thing. The condo in its entirety was well stocked. The kitchen had everything except a blender for morning smoothies, which we were compelled to purchase and leave. For the first time ever while traveling I did not have to reuse towels beyond my comfort level! Laundry facilities were in the unit. Also did not have to purchase any extra household items. All were thoughtfully provided. The view from the lanai was enchanting, both morning and night! Gently flanked by wind blown Palm trees on each side, the mood was demanding enough to acquire a full book reading in one sitting. Hard task to achieve with the endless sunshine beckoning one to frolick in the surf. This was by far the most relaxing, unhurried time I have spent on the beach in years! Looking forward to a longer stay there in the future! Jan thoughtfully stocked the condo with many extras, including maps , restaurants, and local attractions. Bob, the property manager, was friendly and helpful. The location just could not have been any better! You are directly facing, hearing, and smelling the Gulf Coast! Could not have possibly chosen a better place to stay. Thanks Jan!"Guest: Beach junkie Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: December 9, 2014View listing
"We enjoyed our stay at the beach house very much. It is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and even had some starting supplies (including a choice of cereal for breakfast before trekking off to the grocery store!). This house works well for families like ours, with an assortment of beds that gives you lots of flexibility. The house is very clean, with lots of space but feels cozy at the same time. The bathrooms have been nicely updated, and this is the first rental house where we had parking available inside the garage. Thanks for the large selection of Disney movies and also the books you have. The screened porch is wonderful! It runs the entire width of the house, and is deep enough to let you eat at the patio table overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean or keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach. We enjoyed many dinners and morning coffees out there! Dan is very thoughtful and has kept this house as a special place that is family and pet friendly. It is a short walk down the beach to Doc’s Beach Restaurant and the rentals for jetskis, parasailing, etc. Yet the beach itself is quiet and has abundant shells and wildlife. We swam with dolphins, witnessed the release of baby sea turtles, and even saw a manatee. If your family is looking for a perfect beach getaway that is quiet yet not so remote that you feel marooned, this is the best place on the Gulf coast!!!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 20, 2014View listing
"Our first visit to Bonita Beach Club was spectacular - hopefully there will be many more. The unit was newly renovated with all the bells and whistles - stainless steel appliances, new full sized washer and dryer, furniture and tile flooring. Fantastic sunset views. Owners are extremely gracious and easy to work with. BBC's amenities are plentiful and we took advantage of all. Can't wait until next year!"Guest: Jeff Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 13, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
