"This is a very nice, tastefully appointed condo just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into providing everything guests need - from beach towels to corkscrews to hair dryer to wi-fi. Bathroom has been recently updated, kitchen is well-equipped, and there's plenty of storage. They've made very good use of the space, with lots of drawers, a closet with hangers and cabinets, which we appreciated because we were there five weeks. This was our second stay. After spending 10 days there last year, we had to return for a longer stay. Lots of nice touches including a welcome basket (coffee, note cards, laundry detergent, etc.) and information book, which has excellent suggestions for outings and restaurants that we probably wouldn't tried otherwise (like Roy's and Flippers, which are terrific). The owners are great to deal with. Lots of amenities on the property including pools, grills, game areas, and, best of all, beautifully maintained clay tennis courts. Highly recommend."Guest: Diane P. Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 20, 2014View listing
"This home was perfect for us. The views of the bay were amazing. Dolphins would swim by almost every day. We saw the shadow of a manatee once. Caught some fish right off the bay from shore and from the beach. The beach is a short walk... maybe 3-5 minutes. Inside the home was beautiful - kitchen had all the plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc... we could need. Air conditioning worked great. Nice to sit on the screen porch and look at the bay. So much fun to swim in the private pool while also looking at the bay! Short drive to groceries and numerous restaurants, other beaches/parks. Hope to get back there again. Thanks for providing the great location for a memorable family vacation!"Guest: John Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: December 9, 2014View listing
"Great place for a short stay. We love Doc's and walking on the beach. Heating worked well when we had a cold snap. Enjoyed golfing with friends in the area. The sunsets were indeed beautiful! Would stay there again and recommend it to others."Guest: Jac Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 1, 2014View listing
"This is our 2nd trip to Bonita Beach Club. We love it there and will go again. It's the last building at the end of the beach strip so is completely private on one side, yet public beaches are nearby for water sports or boat rentals. It's just a few minutes from a many different shopping, eating, and tourist areas. We found inexpensive family restaurants as well as fine dining. The residents are very friendly and helpful, and we met many repeat visitors there. The pool area is spotless and always a nice temperature. The unit was just remodeled & everything we needed to cook with was in the new kitchen. I would highly reccommend it to anyone."Guest: Angie & Kids Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: October 6, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
