  • Villa Sanibel 1D

"Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed everything about it. It had everything we needed right in it and is just steps away from the beach. The beach was very private and quiet. We will be going back as soon as possible."

  • Great House, Perfect vacation

"My family vacationed here with 3 generations represented. This house accommodated all of us with ranch style ease for the seniors and pool, fishing and beach for the young ones. Large TV in Family room for group viewing has apparently been added since last review. Card table in Family room great fun for rainy nights. Spacious rooms, minutes from the beach and a short walk to the village and shops. Hoping to be a frequent vacationer to this home."

  • An Amazing Rental

"We have stayed at Tarpon Tree House twice within the last 6 months which, in itself, says a lot. We are discerning holidaymakers and for the last few years have stayed in beachfront properties on Anna Maria. We were surprised at just how much we love Tarpon Tree House. The location at the North end of the island is excellent - wonderfully quiet and yet within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants. It is also within easy walking distance of the beach and both the Rod and Reel and City Pier. The house itself is spotlessly clean and both luxurious and comfortable with lots of "extras" and the outside space is something else! The garden is very cleverly secluded, with lots of separate areas for relaxing and watching the wildlife. You can choose from various conventional garden seats, a sturdy bench or rocking chairs overlooking the water or even a hammock! This truly is a blissful, special place where we felt we could really relax and get away from our busy daily lives. Highly recommended. We will be back!"

  • Great location

"My husband and I stayed here with our 19 year old son. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great for us. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer to use. We used the kayaks every day to go out to the bay. We saw dolphins, turtles, crabs, and birds. We did not use the bikes that were available but it was nice to have the option. The beach is a very short walk away. The owner was very helpful and allowed us to stay late on our departure day."

Bonita Beach Travel Tips

Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals

Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.

Bird Watching

One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.

Exploring Nature

Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.

Enjoy the Condo

After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
