"Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful beach-close home with us! What a great introduction to the Bonita Beach area. It was delightful to have a cup of coffee to start the day or a glass of wine to celebrate the sunset on the spacious screened porch. The condo was just as photographed, with excellent views of the beach and stunning sunsets. Parking was plentiful, the pool was clean and warm and other residents/guests we met were super friendly. It was a hop and skip to the beautiful beach, and we were very comfortable in the beach chairs and under the beach umbrella you provided. Shopping and restaurants were very close - we especially enjoyed a visit to The Best of Everything store! Looking very forward to staying in your unit next Spring, hopefully for a longer visit!"Guest: Karen M. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 21, 2014View listing
"Home away from home...well, at least that's how we felt. The owners have done a wonderful job of creating a warm and inviting getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the comforts and conveniences of home. The master suite has a beautiful, direct view of the Gulf. The master bath is spacious and gives plenty of room for two to get ready for a night out. The same view of the Gulf can be enjoyed while eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner while sitting on the lanai or watching a little T.V. while reclining on the comfortable sofa. Secure Wi-Fi keeps you connected...worry free. The second bedroom has twin beds and a roomy closet for all the clothes that my teenage daughter thought she would need. The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances and place settings needed to prepare any meal. The convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit is wonderful! No need to look for a laundromat and search for quarters. The beach at Bonita is amazing! Walk the beach and collect shells, enjoy the warm Gulf waters, or watch for dolphins as they swim nearby. For those inclined for the pool, you are in luck. The pool is clean and offers plenty of lounging to relax in the sun. There is also a spacious common area with a rest room before you exit to the pool or beach, so you don't have to run back up to your condo every time there is the need. The location of the condo is second to none. You are within driving distance of Fort Myers Beach that offers something for everyone. Shopping, dining, and recreational sports. And don't forget about Bonita Springs itself where you can find all of the usual food markets and retail shops. Needles to say, my husband, teenage daughter, and I had an amazing time staying at this condo. After staying at condos throughout Florida's Gulf, the others pale in comparison. There is something to do for everyone. The location is supreme and without a doubt the best we've ever been."Guest: Cubanita Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 10, 2014View listing
"My wife and I rented this great condo and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Originally, we were a little concerned about renting a condo on the first floor. In the past, we've rented condos on a higher floor so we would have a great view. The convenience of having a door directly onto the beach, not having to take the elevator, and having a parking spot just a few feet from the door, made us forget about renting on a higher floor. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We met the owner and he was very pleasant. One very small drawback is that the TV room is very small with only a few chairs. The sunsets were some of the best we've seen in all the years we've been going to Florida. The beach is fantastic. We were able to walk for miles each day and met many people along the way. There is also a walking path along the road that goes for over two miles. We occasionally used it for a change of scenery. There are many great restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive from the condo and just about 30 minutes away is Naples where there are some fantastic restaurants. For golfers, there are numerous courses in the area. We were able to get greens fees that were much lower than the in season rate which began in November. Bonita Beach is a great place to go to relax. We will be back again next year."Guest: Bill Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: December 19, 2013View listing
"This was our first time renting a vacation home from owner. The condo and location were exactly as described. The owner was very informative and helpful. Directions were easy to follow and she replied promptly to my e-mails. Photos of the condo were very accurate and the kitchen and other supplies were more than adequate. We would definitely rent this condo if we vacation in this area again. The weather, the beach and the ocean were what we wanted as we come from a cold, land-landed locked climate and we were not disappointed."Guest: Sun-seekers Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
