"We enjoyed our stay at the beach house very much. It is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and even had some starting supplies (including a choice of cereal for breakfast before trekking off to the grocery store!). This house works well for families like ours, with an assortment of beds that gives you lots of flexibility. The house is very clean, with lots of space but feels cozy at the same time. The bathrooms have been nicely updated, and this is the first rental house where we had parking available inside the garage. Thanks for the large selection of Disney movies and also the books you have. The screened porch is wonderful! It runs the entire width of the house, and is deep enough to let you eat at the patio table overlooking the beautiful view of the ocean or keep an eye on the kids playing on the beach. We enjoyed many dinners and morning coffees out there! Dan is very thoughtful and has kept this house as a special place that is family and pet friendly. It is a short walk down the beach to Doc’s Beach Restaurant and the rentals for jetskis, parasailing, etc. Yet the beach itself is quiet and has abundant shells and wildlife. We swam with dolphins, witnessed the release of baby sea turtles, and even saw a manatee. If your family is looking for a perfect beach getaway that is quiet yet not so remote that you feel marooned, this is the best place on the Gulf coast!!!"Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 20, 2014View listing
"The condo we had was wonderful. Being directly across the street from the beech made it easier on the kids. The kids had a wonderful time in the swimming pool while we wasn't at the beech."Guest: TSC316 Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 2, 2014View listing
"This condo is such a great place to stay, it is a really quiet and relaxing community. The beach is absolutely beautiful and much bigger. There are many things to do while in Bonita, like going to Doc's Beach House, which is right down the beach ( infact you can even walk there from the condo). I love to come in the summer with my boyfriend then with my mom and we love to stay here, when we can."Guest: Nicole Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: November 10, 2014View listing
"My wife, parents and myself stayed here for a great week away from the cold in NY. A Great view of the gulf and the pool from the front room and the same great view of the gulf from the bedroom."Guest: Thomas M. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 19, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
