"This was our first trip to this area (March 2015) and won't be our last. The Intercostal in your beautiful landscaped backyard and the Gulf across the street with a great mostly private beach. We road the bike, baked in the sun with umbrellas and beach chairs, cooled it at the pool and walked endlessly down the streets with well appointed estates enjoying the culture. A little further to big Siesta Beach and the lively Siesta Village crowd was awesome. Lots of great shopping nearby tops it all off. Loved every day there and will be back."

  • Loved it!

"The Condo is clean and beautiful. The location is the best. We have stayed mid-island in the past, this by far was our best time yet! Trolley was a great asset right outside the resort. Stephanie at the rental office was helpful, extremely kind and assisted with our needs."

  • WONDERFUL HOUSE

"I had a wonderful opportunity to experience the home named Siesta Bliss I traveled alone, and do not drive, The house is just wonderful. Full of everything you need to feel like home!. I could walk to the Village in a few easy steps and to a private beach as well. At night it was so quiet and private that I slept like a baby. The pool is large and wonderful! VERRRRRRY private! Right behind the pool is a canal where I fed my favorite duck family everyday.... If you are looking for a house to rent and you don't want to rent a car, this is the place! I loved the European bathroom with the sunken tub! Felt like I was in a spa.... The house is very open and furnished nicely.. The kitchen is large and bright! The master bedroom is wonderful and the second bedroom very pretty as well.. I loved this house and I know I will be back.. Dave and Carol are very helpful and professional ! They told me where to eat and where to shop!.. If you want to rent a great house that is private and yet close to the village and the beach, then give Dave a call.... I will be back"

  • A wonderful vacation home!

"Our stay in this beautiful home was wonderful! We stayed for the month of March. Our landlord was very kind and helped to make us very comfortable. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is in a very nice area of Venice convenient to everything. Our days were filled with relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Venice (of which there are many), taking long and pleasurable bicycle trips on all the bike trails and streets available to us for riding. We would start many days with a bike trip to the main pavilion to participate in the free yoga that is offered and follow that up with a nice breakfast somewhere on the island. The men spent many afternoons fishing up at Sharkeys Pier (also a bicycle ride away) while we women took a relaxing walk into town to nose around in all the wonderful little shops that offer such delightful treasures. There are many wonderful restaurants on the Island and surrounding areas and we enjoyed many of them. We also spent many days just relaxing around the house and cooking our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Venice Island offers a wonderful community theatre with shows that are very comparable to professional theatre. We saw Mary Poppins and the rock group "The Diamonds" We went to church at the beautiful Epiphany Cathedral on the Island. We also enjoyed hearing a senior choral group that performs at various venues in Venice - they were wonderful! This is our 5th year in beautiful Venice and we intend on returning again next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable vacation."
