  • Becky and Sadie

"Seagrape Cottage became home away from home within minutes of arrival. The location is perfect --- short walk to the Gulf beach or the Bay. My dog, Sadie, was welcome and she enjoyed beach walks and bicycle rides. The cottage is located on the east end within walking distance of Lighthouse Cafe, few shops, and ice cream & deli. Most resturants are within biking distance, best way to get around. The Triller was a fun boat ride, which I recommend. The island is paradise - - - sun, sand, shells, birds, dolphins, good resturants, bicycling, and relaxation . The cottage was comfortable and clean with plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Family and friends joined me throughout the month and the cottage was still comfortable when there were four of us. Kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer was a blessing. Beach chairs, lawn chairs and picnic table were provided for enjoying the beach, shelling and relaxing outside. I would definitely come back next March if the cottage was available."

  • Our number One place to go in Florida

"My wife and I have been enjoying Florida for 37 years. Siesta Key, this Villa and this area are by far the best we have ever experienced. The beach was fantastic with it's pure white sand and was about a 2 minute walk from the Villa. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment was all within a 10 minute walk or biking distance of the Villa. And last, the owner of this Villa has furnished it with everything that was needed for our stay. Just move in and enjoy, and enjoy we did. Beautiful Villa in every way. We have stayed in many places in the Ft. Myers, Bonita Beach and Naples area, but Villa #15 is by far the best choice we could have made. We are going to make our reservations for next winter soon before our time slot fills up. Thank you so much for making our winter stay a beautiful experience."

  • Home Away From Home on AMI

"Our family just spent a relaxing week at Anna Maria Island and cannot say enough about this rental. It is a home away from home. You will only need to pack your swimsuit and flip flops. Food can be purchased nearby. As mentioned in other reviews our first impression is how clean this house is and how well stocked it is with just about everything you will need. We spent Thanksgiving there and we were able to pull off a fabulous Thanksgiving meal. Anita and Scott were available within 30 minutes of my request as the only thing we requested was a warmer pool. The weather was a tad bit cold the week that we stayed. The beach is within 1 minute walk down a private road. The pictures do not represent this house well as it very spacious and comfortable. The layout, the furnishings, the pool, the kitchen, the location, and the beach made this a GREAT getaway."

  • Relaxing Vacation in Wonderful Condo

"This unit was in the best location on the island. Traffic was minimal and the north end made it so easy to come and go from the island. A state park is steps away as is the white sand beach. The condo was immaculately clean and well equipped as can be-- beach equipment, plenty of kitchen utensils , trash bags, soap etc. It was furnished tastefully and had a nautical decor throughout. The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. Great views of the Gulf from the balcony. Linda was the best-so responsive, accommodating and friendly. She has lived on FMB for a long time so she offered great suggestions for restaurants, etc. You can't go wrong selecting Linda's unit."
