  • Simply Paradise!

"We truly enjoyed our second visit to this lovely condo in Pelican Landing. Our arrival was trouble free and the condo was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed many evenings watching spectacular sunsets from our spacious lanai. We also took advantage of the barbeque grills in the pool area ( 30 second walk), then dined on the lanai. Most days we used the two Schwinn bicycles, supplied by the owner, to explore our lovely gated community. Many beautifully landscaped homes on lakes and golf courses. We kept in touch with the owners via e-mail during our stay and were given suggestions on what to do and see in the Bonita Springs area. We visited the private beach which was easily accessible by short boat ride. As well, we packed a cooler and spent many beach days at Bonita Beach which is only 15 minutes away. Numerous restaurants and great shopping minutes away. Great location! Looking forward to returning next January and highly recommend this condo."

  • Relaxing Retreat

"I knew the moment I walked in the door that this would be the perfect place to destress. The view through the wall of glass overlooking the pool and water was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool & spa and loved the large sun ledge in the pool. Each day we got to see a dolphin make his daily rounds and enjoyed seeing the cool iguana that lives across the water. We didn't throw a fishing line in this trip but it definitely looks like it could be a good fishing spot. The house was a mile away from our favorite Barefoot Beach. This beach is not crowded and you get to see turtles and cool birds. Bonita Springs is a quite town but not far to travel to for shopping and restaurants on each side. If you want to splurge on a nice dinner, you have to try the restaurant less than 1/2 mile from house Table Apart. The master bedroom is on opposite side of the other two bedrooms making it great for couples. Nice kitchen and open floor plan for entertaining in the center. I always rent vacation homes from VRBO and this was one of our favorites. We enjoyed our stay."

  • Well appointed, well located unit

"We stayed in this unit in April 2014 for a lovely family vacation. The unit is well furnished with beautiful, comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen could use some serving platters and bowls but had just enough pots, pans, bakeware that we were able to put together wonderful family meals. The location was so convenient to the quiet pool, just down the stairs and close enough to the big pool that coming to and from for food or drinks was easy. The big pool has bathrooms so you could stay there all day if you choose. The pools and the hot tubs are clean and we never found it crowded even the week before Easter. There are plenty of chairs and some umbrellas by the pool. Though there is a shuttle, we had an infant needing a car seat so we drove to the beach, parking by Doc Fords so we could rent umbrellas and chairs rather than bringing them (we could not access the storage unit with beach supplies that comes with unit, unclear as to where it was and tried the key in all units with no success). The rentals were big and comfy and about $15 per item for the day. Doc Fords is a bit crowded but for our group, the rentals, the access to food and drink, made it a good choice of beaches. The unit is very close to a Publix grocery, a Walgreens drugstore, many restaurants, beaches, golf courses including Safari Mini golf, almost across the street. This unit offered enough space for our family even when we ate and hung out together. It was close enough to all activities. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will be back."
