"This was our 5th time in Palmira for the month of December. Clearly we love the Palmira experience. The golf course is extremely challenging and the community amenities are first rate. The home is very comfortable and the owners extremely pleasant to deal with. What could be better than a Western exposure with sun at the pool for the entire day and gorgeous sunsets in the early evening ? It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as advertised ! We would love to return."Guest: #5 Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 12, 2015View listing
"Our 2014 stay in Vickie's house was wonderful. Vic was so accommodating that we feel we are fast friends. The pool was perfect. We are looking forward to our 2015 stay, just would have liked to have rented for the same time frame as this year, but liking Vic and her house we will make the time work."Guest: Sharon J. "We stayed in this unit in April 2014 for a lovely family vacation. The unit is well furnished with beautiful, comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen could use some serving platters and bowls but had just enough pots, pans, bakeware that we were able to put together wonderful family meals. The location was so convenient to the quiet pool, just down the stairs and close enough to the big pool that coming to and from for food or drinks was easy. The big pool has bathrooms so you could stay there all day if you choose. The pools and the hot tubs are clean and we never found it crowded even the week before Easter. There are plenty of chairs and some umbrellas by the pool. Though there is a shuttle, we had an infant needing a car seat so we drove to the beach, parking by Doc Fords so we could rent umbrellas and chairs rather than bringing them (we could not access the storage unit with beach supplies that comes with unit, unclear as to where it was and tried the key in all units with no success). The rentals were big and comfy and about $15 per item for the day. Doc Fords is a bit crowded but for our group, the rentals, the access to food and drink, made it a good choice of beaches. The unit is very close to a Publix grocery, a Walgreens drugstore, many restaurants, beaches, golf courses including Safari Mini golf, almost across the street. This unit offered enough space for our family even when we ate and hung out together. It was close enough to all activities. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will be back."Guest: Jersey Shore Mom Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 22, 2014View listing
"We spent two wonderful weeks at this fabulous condo. It was great!! The Bonita Village complex has 2 beautiful, heated and well-maintained swimming pools with a very nice Chickee bar next to the main swimming pool. The exercise room is fully equipped and available 24/7….great for early morning or late evening workouts. The complex also provides convenient shuttle service to and from nearby Bonita Beach. Our condo was outstanding. We have stayed in many 5-star condos and Scott's condo was on a par and in many areas even better than the well-known luxury condos. The condo was immaculate. It was well-stocked with clean towels, wash clothes and bed linens for guest use. The condo has a storage locker for guests’ use which also contained beach chairs, floatees, and other items for guests to use on the beach. The owner provided detailed written instructions on how to use everything in the condo and contact numbers to call if there were any problems. We had no problems at all. All kitchen appliances, electronic equipment, remotes, and plumbing all worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the covered parking garage, the security of the entire complex and the exceptional cleanliness of this particular condo. The condo is located near a variety of many great restaurants, shopping areas and golf courses. We really loved Doc's Beach House and Rodes Restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Scott was a dream to work with. We are looking forward to returning to this lovely, well maintained condo."Guest: Cheryl T. Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 15, 2015View listing
