"This Side is not just a place to rent it's an experience! The only way it could have been better is if we could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable, cute and loaded with tons of charm everywhere you turn. I'm a potter, so I played in the studio all week sharpening my throwing skills. It's great for beginners wanting to try pottery or experienced potters who plan to make a series of pots inspired by Florida. The location is excellent, a short drive to the beach and close enough to Naples and Sanibel that we went often. My husband is an avid birder and was thrilled with the amazing birds in the area. http://orangebirding.com/?p=4401. Even if you are not a birder it's hard not to notice all the unusual species. We visited the Botanical Gardens in Naples, which was just beautiful, and used the bikes a few times to stay local. We also enjoyed taking a spin on the kayaks. The possibilities to enjoy your day are endless there. Ed & Kate were extremely easy to communicate with and everything went off without a hitch. Also the house was spotless. What more could you want?"

"Good unit in a nice place. Everything needed for 4. 2 more could sleep on the sofa/bed. This end unit has windows and balcony on the 3 sides. Another plus, no one walks in front of it, great privacy. The kitchen is quite small but everything to make nice meals is there and there is even a waffle iron which we used almost every morning!
The owner is very friendly and helpful: we asked to stay 3 more nights and she accepted and even gave us a good deal, what about that?
The unit is located on the east end of the north building, if look on google earth, its the top building on the right corner; it provides shade, view and some peace, been not to close from the pool.
The BBC is quite huge with 194 units but it was almost empty when we were there, june 2015.
Unfortunately been so big means some maintenance work: some units were been renovated which means noise during the day, by chance our unit was far from the noise which was only a problem when at the swiming pool. As we spent most of our time at the beach, it wasn't annoying for us.
Mowing occurs 1-2 a week (what a job, 2-3 hours!) so the grounds are always nice and tidy.
So I definitely recommand this unit and we will most probably go back. It was the perfect place for us away from the crowd and noisy parties from the east coast of Florida. Nature is right at the door: we saw dolphins and manatees as close as 20 feet from the beach, every single day! Shells collecting was fun for our 2,5 boy.
June was loghead turtles nesting season and we were lucky enough to see one just in front of the condo one night, what a sight! Just remember not to use any sort of lights and no pics with flash, please!
Thank you again."

"We stayed at this lovely, spacious home for two weeks in June 2015. We went with our adult daughter and teenage son and with the three bedrooms we all had our own space which was great. The table and chairs by the canal was a great place to have my morning coffee. The pool area is huge and was by far our favorite spot to hang out. The pool is very deep on one side but was great for swimming laps and floating around reading a book getting rays. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet with beautiful landscaped homes. I love the area of Bonita Springs. The beach was incredible and comparable to the panhandle where we usually vacation. We actually liked Bonita Beach better then Sanibel Island which we visited for the day. Bonita Springs is central to Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva making it a good central point to make day trips to these other towns. It is very close to Estero which is a wonderful place for shopping with outlets and the Coconut Mall. We recommend Doug's Seafood for Lobster Rolls and the Fish House for a reasonable priced dinner. Also try the Bonita Fairways (right across the street) for some reasonably priced golf (3 to 4 par holes). There is a $ 5.00 coupon in one of the coupon books."

Wonderfull Property, Great Location with all the Comforts of Home.
"My wife and I enjoyed this spacious home for three months this year. Located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, this modern house is very tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Great for entertaining with large family room-kitchen area and huge adjoining lanai overlooking canal and sunsets. Layout provides separate accommodation for guests or family with large garage for vehicle, bikes and beach gear. Location is a dream with easy access to beach either walking or riding and conveniently close to a number of great restaurants, bistros, grocery stores, bait shop and golf. Rode our bicycles pretty much everywhere. I also took advantage of the large dock backing onto the canal where I parked my 22' fishing boat. From there access to Naples and Fort Myers via the inter-coastal waterway where the fishing is amazing and only 10-15 minutes to the Gulf. The owner professionally maintains the property, is very pleasant and knowledgeable of activities and points of interest in the area. We are already booked for next year and would certainly recommend this property to all.
