  • Great Escape From Winter

"This is a very nice rental. My wife & I stayed here for two weeks. Therefore, we had more than enough room. The home more than met our conditions of satisfaction in every way. Part of the home interior is being remodeled. What has been completed looks great and the remaining pre-existing finishes look good as well. There is no problem with any disruption or disarray due to the work in progress. The home is very clean. The pool area is nice. Home is located in a quiet area. At the max it is located 15 minutes from Bonita Beach & convenient to other Bonita Springs attractions. I had to contact the owner on a few minor items, and she was very responsive. There is a home watching service rep who will check you into the property and also check you out. I liked this feature. This is a gated community with 24 X 7 security. We did encounter a few problems initially getting in and in getting both a service vendor and a personal visitor in through the front gate. To make the rental experience better, I would suggest a renters instruction manual to centralize some of the details such as how to operate the tv, cable box, sound system, pool heater etc. Also include wireless network access instructions, security pass instructions and any relevant contact numbers. If we choose SW Florida for our next winter trip, this property will near the top of my list to rent again."

  • January Escape

"Enjoyed our January stay in this second floor condo. The unit is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities are excellent including golf and tennis, and the Matera pool which is never crowded. In addition, it has been a pleasure working with the owner."

  • Fantastic Rental

"To start, let me just say WOW! This place is fantastic and has everything you need for a wonderful visit to South Florida. The property is located in a gated community which is located within a mile of two grocery stores. It is about 5 miles from numerous public beach access points and there are many restaurants to choose from within close proximity. The property itself is marvelous. There were 8 of us using it over a two week period during Christmas and we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived – plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, spices – the only thing we needed to buy were groceries. We hosted a dinner party one evening with some other friends and were able to comfortably sit and dine with 11. The property is located directly across the street from the community pool which is very nice and almost seems like your own private pool. The owner is extremely responsive to requests during the rental process and it was easy to arrange for check-in and check-out times during our stay. If I were to visit South Florida again, I would definitely try to rent this property."

  • But, EXCELLENT considering the cost!

"Arrived with some apprehension, left after a month of enjoyment! The MAP page showed Bonita Bay as one big empty area, so we were concerned about what we were going to find. To our pleasant surprise, Bonita Bay was wonderful. Well kept, beautiful, lush and well-maintained landscape. Miles of biking, walking trails. Saw turtles, ducks, swans, fish, an eagle, and one aligator. Only downside, the condo was not thoroughly cleaned since the cleaning contractor was a "no show" the day we arrived. One other positive, shopping area is within walking distance."
