  • Wonderful condo!

"This condo is really nice! Each room is very spacious. The master bathroom has a large tile and block glass shower that I really liked. The master BR had a makeup table area, as well as another room with plenty of shelves, drawers and hangers--I would call it a closet normally, but it was it's own room! The furnishings are the best we've experienced in a condo, from the high def TV, great WIFI, spacious dinner table and very comfortable living room seating and bedroom beds, to the very comfortable furniture on the screened in lanai overlooking the beautiful beach and water of the Gulf of Mexico. I fell asleep on the reclining chair on the lanai one day. The breeze was so nice! The kitchen was very well appointed with marble counter tops and plenty of dishes, utensils and drink ware. The Nautica towels provided in the master bath were very nice! I hope to buy some for myself. The pool was very nice and never crowded. The parking area was just steps off of the elevator from the room. Just a few paces from the pool, was the beach. We saw manatees, dolphins and rays up close in the clear water. That was a thrill that we plan to experience again soon! We drove to several of the restaurants that are close by. Also, there's a nice recreation area open to the public just down the street along the bay. We walked there a few mornings to shoot some hoops (balls were provided) and enjoy the views of the boats on the bay. There were never any crowds there and the court was very well maintained. There is an Ace Hardware just down the street where you can rent bikes, if you choose, and other places will deliver kayaks for daily rentals. I wish I would have kayaked the gulf some...I'll do that next time, because we plan to go back! There is a Publix grocery just a mile or two south of the condo. It is a great store! This condo is great and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Longboat Key and take in all of the beauty of the Gulf Keys and Sarasota area!"

  • Spring Break 2014

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful Punta Gorda home. The location as perfect for teenagers -- basketball courts, walking/jogging trails across the street; restaurants, shops within walking distance as well. The pool was relaxing and we enjoyed sunbathing, swimming, sharing meals and playing cards on the patio. The upstairs boasts a huge open "loft" type area with a large King bed and full bath and also a large sitting area with a sofa sleeper. Just off of this area is another large bedroom with its own private bath. This was perfect for the teenagers! There was a TV in the loft area and in the bedroom. Downstairs was another bedroom with twin beds and access to a full bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed -- we just purchased food and beverages and some condiments. There were many beaches within a 20 -30 minute drive and the drive to Siesta Key was only about 45 minutes door to beach. We went on a Monday so there was little traffic en route and at the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were so kind and accommodating!!"

  • Cutest Home Away From Home

"This place was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed and then some. Great family friendly area, close to Myakka State Park and Siesta Key. The owner was helpful in every way and the bonus was how pet-friendly the house is! I will be back again and wouldn't hesitate to tell my friends and family to stay here too."

  • Florida Vacation

"We had an excellent experience at the house . Every morning during breakfast, we observed something different on the bay from manatees and dolphins, fog, absolutely smooth water, jumping fish, etc. The house was huge with everyone of our family having their bedroom and bathroom. The pool was outstanding. The beach was perfect for sunbathing. The bay had a muddy bottom which limited the time on the saltwater, but the pool more than compensated. There is no doubt that the house was more than expected. Strongly recommend the house if your looking for a great family vacations. Don't miss out. We did have a couple minor issues which the local manager took care of it within hours. It made you feel that your investment was appreciated."
