  • Holiday at Kelly Greens

"Wonderful holiday - did not want to go home! The condo was extremely well equipped with wonderful views of the golf course and sunset from the lanai - sat there with a glass of wine and watched the sunset on many an evening. Great golf course and facilities and excellent food in the club house, particularly the Sunday Brunch. Lynda the owner is lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly return."

  • Great Pool, Great View, Great Location!

"We arrived to visit with family who live near and were more than surprised at the amenities that this house had! I thought there would be a couple pots, pans, dishes. There were so many items for us to prepare our meals and put it out nicely. The pool and Lanai were great, the rocks around the pool area were loosening up though, so caution with really little ones. I know they call one room a den but it was perfect for our kids. Daybed with trundle and worked perfect for them! Nice Master room with bathroom and HUGE closets! 2 other bedrooms were nice as well, just wish the one had a dresser for clothes. Thankfully they had a nice large closet as well. LOTS of pool toys and sand toys for the beach outside in the garage area was another pleasant surprise! Thank you for a well appointed home. We really enjoyed out stay."

  • Has it all!

"My wife and I stayed here in February for the first time. We had stayed in the building in the past and knew it had a great beach, pool, location and quiet neighborhood. This condo is definitely furnished with everything you might need. The end location is great for viewing the pool and the ocean from the lanai, the living room or the kitchen-we loved that oceanfront view and proximity. Another couple visited for a couple of days and they loved having a king bed in the second bedroom. The WIFI even worked around the pool. We really appreciate clean units and ones that are well appointed--this is one of the best that we have seen. We hope to return when we come back to Ft Myers Beach."

  • Great value

"We (parents and a little girl) stayed in the Sungetaway villa for two weeks in July/August and had a wonderful time. Professional and helpful homeowners to begin with. Responsive and factual. Very important and reassuring when you cross the pond for two weeks. It rarely happens that you find nothing lacking in a vacation rental home ('where is the cork screw', 'does anyone know where the scissors are?'). Lots of rooms, great AC and fans throughout the house. More than enough towels, etc. And a big wachine machine and dryer (where we come from, everything is tiny and expensive). Tiles on the floor so very easy to keep the house tidy and clean. No bugs, no mosquitos. And a nice and peaceful area with, I figure, lots of vacation homes. Nearby a Publix supermarket, which was located just across our favorite restaurant, The Lobster Lady (open every day - don't try to make a reservation because they are unable to accomodatie that in their seating plan, just get there by 3 or 4 PM for a combined lunch/diner). We went to Captiva (lunch at the Mucky Duck) and Sanibel (lunch at Lazy Flamingo) and nearby Fort Myers Beach. No parking problems there and, for us Europeans, at $2 per hour sort of cheap). Disney is a long drive, so you'd better stay there in a hotel and return the next day. Rented a boat ar Paradise Rental. Not cheap but worthwhile, and you only need a drivers license! Watch out for the police though in Cape Coral (there is one living just around the corner. He puts his car in front of his house, the one thing a cop would never, ever, do in Europe, except for Switzerland perhaps). The town is so peaceful, that they have really nothing else to do than watch out for 'road criminals'. A lovely stay in a great place in Cape Coral!"
