  • A Relaxing Prelude to Snow & Ice

"My wife and I stayed at this unit for November of 2013. It is an exceptional unit with all amenities included, one of the nicer items is the outdoor kitchen in the lanai, not all units have this and it extends your living area and provides a place to kick back in inclement weather. The unit is close to the pool (3 minute walk) which makes it less hassle to take items with you. The unit is comfortably furnished with a TV in the living room and master bedroom. Unlike previous units we have stayed in, this one has a totally private rear area looking out onto a small waterfall and hedge which gave you unsurpassed privacy in the lanai. Communications with the owner and VRBO were easy, prompt and painless."

  • Excellent Home, Excellent Owner

"Our families really enjoyed this home. It was immaculate and was close to the beach and to many restaurants and shopping outlets. Communication was excellent at all times and Mark was fantastic to work with. This is our second year staying in Bradenton for baseball at Pirate City and Mark's home made this year a lot more convenient and fun. We saw Dolphins every day as well out our back window. For our group of two families, the two master bedrooms really made a difference. We will definitely rent from Mark again when we return to Bradenton. There is no better situation!"

  • Awesome Condo

"My husband and I just returned from a trip to Fort Myers Beach. We absolutely loved the condo. The location is perfect and Marilyn was very nice and easy to work with. The location is away from the busy end of the island but close to a Publix grocery store and there are enough restaurants to keep you happy and full. If you want to venture to the other end of the island it is a very easy drive if you rented a car or you can jump on the Trolley (trolley stop right at the end of the driveway of your complex). The beach is right out your back door along with the pool. We felt like everything was right at our finger tips. The laundry and the gas grill were also very convenient. We walked the beach every morning and night. There are plenty of shells if you are a shell collector or just enjoy the many birds that habitat the area. We even caught a glimpse of the dolphins playing. Once you are done with your day you will love the view of the sunsets from the balcony. You won’t see anything prettier than the sunsets. Every night the colors seem to change. You can’t go wrong by renting this condo and visiting Fort Myers Beach."

  • Beautiful condo, awesome view in the best location in Naples

"We stayed for a month at this beautiful unit at the Regatta. We had never rented before on vrbo, but it was very easy. We had 5 adults and our 5 year old with us. The unit is spacious and is stocked with everything you need. We were also so happy with this location, because of its proximity to all Naples has to offer. The view from the 10th floor is stunning and we all enjoyed spending mornings on the lanai, overlooking the water. Its going to be very difficult to go back home. Rooms are spacious, there are tvs in every room, 2 1/2 baths. If you need more space, there is a pull out couch in the den. The Regatta has a wonderful pool with waterfall, zero entry and a great area to have a bbq. Vanderbilt Beach is a short walk. The Mercado is a mile down the road and has a Whole Foods, great shops and restaurants. 5th Avenue is a short drive as well. My Mom was able to play tennis at nearby Pelican Bay Park, which also had a nice playground for my daughter. If you have kids, the water park and Naples Zoo are also located nearby. If you don't feel like driving, then The Ritz Carlton, Turtle Bay and La Playa are all a short walk and offer dining al fresco. We are so happy we rented here and plan on coming back as soon as we can."
