"This is our second time at Lori's home in Cape Coral and just as the first time--we had a great time. The house was exactly as advertised. The pool and property was well maintained and the overall interaction between Lori and ourselves was spectacular. We enjoyed this trip and as always recommend this home to our friends and family. We will be booking a third stay in the near future."

  • Exceptional

"The codo appeared very nice on line but truly exceeded my expectations upon arrival. Truthfully the description on line does not do it justice. Very clean, very well maintained and beautiful property. When I contacted the owner with my questions and concerns prior to renting, he contacted me immediately. Every thing you could possible need to make yourself at home and then some. Ladies, don't over pack there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The listing does not mention hair dryer or iron, but it is there. Dishes, wine glasses, cook wear, complete... Everything was so nice my 17 year old son even made his bed when he go up in the morning, That's a first..."

  • Beautiful accommodations

"Our family rented this property for one week while visiting our son who is a college student in the area. We had 2 adults and 3 children, and the space was plentiful. It was very clean, furniture and appliances were new. The condo and parking were very secure, even though the community is very safe and very friendly. It is an especially nice place if you happen to be Catholic, as there is a gorgeous church across the street, and there are shops and bookstores with religious items within a block. A grocery store is a walk away if you wish to cook, or there is a pub with family seating, a pizza place, a great coffee shop, and a smoothie shop all within a 3 minute walk. The beach is about a 40-50minute drive. There is a water park reserved for community members or renters that is not crowded and lots of fun for toddlers to adults- a 5 minute drive. This would be a great area to bike around for fun. There is an excellent Mother Teresa exhibit that just opened recently. Even though it borders a college campus, there is not the typical loud and raucous activity one might expect. The beds were comfortable. We had an experience that was pleasing in every way."

  • Ibis Landing

"We booked only eight days before our arrival. I know this may have been an issue with some owners but Jorge handled it like a pro. Everything was taken care of with no problems. Once we arrived at Ibis Landing we didn't want to leave. First of all the house was CLEAN. Jorge and Angie without a doubt care for their home. The pictures are true to the property. Everything was in working order which made our stay very enjoyable. The fery may have cost a few dollars but well worth it. If you want gulf waters and a beach to yourself and a few others this is it! We loved the sunsets and the peace the home provided. Will we return? If we can get away we will be on our way! So if you want a clean well equiped vacation home this is it. But please don't go in January, because that is when we hope to return."
