  • Felt Right at Home

"The house was more than I expected! It was well kept and very inviting. Tim was easy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. Great restaurants are near by as well as a grocery/shopping center with in a mile of the house. Several beautiful beaches are within a 20 minute drive (We brought home a lot of amazing sea shells from Sanible Island). My husband and I relaxed and watched the sunset every evening on the boat dock while we fished. I normally go on cruises every year, but this may become my new vacation spot every year. The place was great and very relaxing!"

  • Perfect Place For A Vacation

"We have come and stayed at Cape Coral for several years. This was the first time we rented a home. We had a couple coming with us and this home was the perfect solution. It was IDEAL!!! With (2) Master Suites on opposite ends of the house, and (2) large TV screens / Living Rooms on both sides of the house, wow. It was perfect!! We each had our privacy, and we had a great time together having our lunches and some of our meals right there at the house. Breakfast in the wonderfully equipped kitchen, and lunches on the patio. The sliding window above the kitchen sink was very convenient for passing food through or cleaning up the patio table. The pool was beautiful!!! With an outdoors shower and outdoor restroom, it could not have been more perfect. The garage was an added plus to be able to put our boat trailer in and SUV in. Made us feel right at home. Having been to Cape Coral numerous times, this was the first time to bring our boat with us. It was so nice to be able to put it in and dock it right outside the back door and then take off when ever we desired to go out through the canals or river. It was AMAZING! The owner was super nice and we enjoyed our stay!!!! What a great time we had. Definitely will be back, that is, if it isn't booked the next time we plan to come down. The location is perfect near the Yacht Club for swimming, walks, beach, as well as centrally located to the Islands and Naples is just down the road about 30-40 minutes. Perfect Place!!!"

  • Fantastic Cape Coral Rental Home

"This beautiful spacious home was perfect for our family vacation. As soon as we pulled up to the drive way we new this was going to be a GREAT!!! home. As I opened the front door and stepped in all I could say is, WOW!!!! This home is better then the pictures show it to be. It was well kept, clean, and the best part, the house came fully stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. All we had to do was relax by the beautiful pool. The furniture and beds were very comfortable as well. My family and I had the greatest vacation of our lives due to our stay at this Fantastic home. (THANK YOU JIM & CHERYL). My family and I will continue to rent this fabulous home for every trip that we make to Florida."

  • Week stayed 5/02 - 5/09

"The pool and pool deck was very relaxing. We would like to come back and we would have no problem bringing others with us or recommending it to friends. The house was just what we needed for a quiet relaxing getaway. We have been to Cape Coral a number of times and enjoy going to the beach. We like Sanibel, Captiva and Ft Myers beach. We ate most of our meals at the house, but we did eat at the Parrot Key Caribbean Grill, Woody's on the south end of Pine Island and had dessert at Tarpon Lodge on Pine Island. I also did a little fishing in the canal, but only caught one bass. The property manager was very good at showing us the house. We really enjoyed our stay. Terry & Patty"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
