  • Careful....you won't want to leave!

"Another stay in this exceptional home. Very special place in a beautiful, very safe and upscale neighborhood. You will feel like you have walked in to your second home upon arrival and be very very sad when you have to leave. The owners are as spectacular as one would hope for, and expect. This will be one of the best parts of your year!"

  • Had a wonderful time!

"Lovely, clean condo. Great view and good location. Near shopping, restaurants, whatever one needs. Safe, nice neighborhood. Owners wonderful people, great to work with. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Loved 5 pm happy hours at tiki hut. Even had potlucks with other condo renters/owners. Worked out well for our small dog. Loved the upstairs lanai! Everything you need is in this condo. Highly recommend it."

  • Superb Cape Coral Rental Home

"This beautiful home was even better than pictured. From the moment we opened the front door we knew we picked a winner. The condition of this home was pristine, immaculately clean and fresh. The house is superbly laid out and so roomy. To top it off the house is furnished beautifully, the quality beds and furniture very comfortable. The bed linens and towels were exactly the same as well as plentiful. The exterior of the property is equally lovely. The lanai and pool were well enjoyed by all of us. The owners were quick to answer questions and could not have been more proactive or helpful. If we visit Cape Coral again this is the house we will return to without question. The location is wonderful, close to Matlacha and Pine Island and to downtown Cape Coral as well. We thoroughly enjoyed delicious dinners out at Red's, Ford's Garage and Mulletville. Make time for the Margaretaville style waterfront eateries in St. James City, food and live music were just great. We went to Captiva Island and picked up amazing shells we've never seen on beaches before. The only drawback was that we only booked this great home for a week! Thanks so much Jim and Cheryl, can't think of a single thing you need to add or change as you've clearly thought of everything to make your guests feel welcomed and at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home."

  • Perfect vacation house!

"We stayed at this property for a week in late December, 2013. The home is very clean, new furnishings with very comfy beds, the home is spacious with an excellent kitchen, excellent pool, and a big dock where we tied up our 19' boat, and this house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in area to the side of the house was a great place to leave our big Labrador Retriever when we were out, but pets are allowed in the house. Note: the house smells like brand new and we couldn't tell that any pets had ever been inside the house. Property manager lives nearby and is really nice and helpful with any information you could possibly need for your stay. There's a retail area less than a mile away with a Publix, Papa's Johns, Subway, and other food options, and a gas station on the opposite corner. There is a marina right around the corner with extremely nice folks who helped us figure out best fishing options for the area. Fishing was really great both in canals and out. There's a large movie theatre only about ten minutes from the house. Also, we took a side trip to nearby Sanibel and Captiva which were both lovely. But back to the house - we felt like we really got a good deal for a very reasonable price. Our vacation at this property was perfect in every way and I highly recommend it!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
