The Perfect Cape Coral Experience
"We are happy to say that Bayside Ct. was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had a fast response to our inquiry and Tom had great patience with all of our questions. His preparatory instructions before and after we arrived made enjoying an intricately arranged vacation rental easy and allowed us to use everything, including a 20’+ boat, responsibly. And when we arrived and opened the front door, what we found fulfilled every picture of what we thought we were renting online.
The layout of the house is wonderful. The master bedroom is secluded from the guest bedrooms and baths. All parts of the home open to the pool and courtyard. The walk-in closet, luggage racks, shelves and bureau are spacious and allow you to fully unpack and enjoy the home like a home, not a hotel. The Wi-Fi, private desk, and wireless printer were so convenient and allowed us to print our boarding passes before returning to the airport.
Tom has thought of everything, right down to beach towels, pool toys and books and indoor toys for children. We really admire Tom for his thoroughness in the House Book and other instructions and labels you can find everywhere making it so easy to get into the swing of things at Bayside Court. The restaurant guide was useful and, while in one visit you cannot explore them all, the places we went to were great. The boat charts, and tub of maps and brochures give you all the information you need to begin exploring this phenomenal region in southwest Florida. And this property’s superb location in the Yacht Club development made access to the Inter Coastal Waterways quick and easy.
We loved being out on the water; for me it like revisiting being at sea years earlier in the Navy and also boating I did growing up in Miami Beach. What fun it was to boat to lunch at the yacht club and let our grandson enjoy the beach there. We highly recommend also boating for lunch at Rumrunners. We liked it so much we did that twice. And on our last day we drove by car to Sanibel and Captiva islands and had breakfast at the Keylime Bistro. We brought home two pieces of their keylime pie only to regret not buying four.
All in all we cannot thank Tom enough for sharing his fabulous vacation spot with us and entrusting us to use his boat as well. We left with spectacular memories and a longing to return. Our grateful thanks to Tom for a wonderful time. Bill & Shelley K."

"We recently stayed (end of March) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our accommodations and trip was.
We have Two daughters ages 7 & 10 and we had a blast. The home was perfect for the four of us.
Someone from the Property management company greeted us and answered all of our questions right away and we have to say, the house was immaculate.
The house had everything from in room laundry right down to pool toys for the kids. It was fabulous.
Our favorite “hangout” was definitely the pool area. Great large screened in area with a grill. We were able to eat all of our meals pool side and enjoy playing basketball in the pool with the girls. The nonskid surface for the pool area and bathroom was a huge plus as well.
Being so close to Cape Coral we were able to run to the Cape Coral beach often, even if it was just for an hour!
The location was a big bonus as well. We were so close to grocery store, restaurants and drug/convenient stores. Plus the neighborhood is very quiet and in a great area, we felt very safe and comfortable.
My girls are still talking about the “gecko” room that they stayed in and tell everyone about how much fun we all had and how much they miss it as they felt like it was their home.
The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to cook with from utensils to the pots and pans.
We will definitely be coming back to this amazing home for all that it offered.

"My wife and I booked Wisspering Palms to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and certainly had a wonderful time to remember.
The term "Home from Home " is often overused in reviews, but this time it fits the Villa perfectly.
The little touches, like the different room styles, the chess set, and the printer with paper, all added to feeling of a home rather than a sterile rental property.
The comforts are first class, beds, lounge and "Den" inside, the lanai with pool, loungers and most importantly the Hot Tub,which was excellent for the old back, outside.
Tom always felt approachable and friendly, from the booking, through to the minor question we had on arrival.
Tom Supplied a comprehensive list of instructions and local places to visit and eat.
This being our fourth holiday in Cape Coral, we could spend the days relaxing at the villa, watching the fish jump. the boats sailing on the canal and the wildlife, without the need to rush off and sight see, that said a couple of visits to Sanibel for the sunset is always required.
Thank you Tom for sharing your wonderful home with us and made our special occasion that bit more special."

Second time even better!!!!! I didn't believe it could be.
"Last year we stayed there for two weeks and said we would be back and back we came but not for two weeks but four weeks.
Upon arrival this year we knew the routine so that was great but upon entering the home Sue had make many upgrades to the house. New kitchen cabinets, changed the lighting and ceiling and put in new ceramic tiles in the front entrance and kitchen area as well as putting on a fresh coat of paint. None of these really were necessary but Sue takes great pride in her home (and my home - at least for four weeks) that is good to see the home owner reinvesting in her property.
While Sue doesn't control the weather we lucked out on one of the best weather. Setting a record or tying a record 20 out of 30 days. Coming from Canada hot weather 88 degrees - feeling like 93 most days was just what we were looking for. The pool was wonderful and we probably only needed to rent the pool, bbq and outside dining table as that is where we spent most of our time.
This house is well equipped from all the supplies in the kitchen to everything you would want.
But the proof of how well we enjoyed this house is that we will be back again for four weeks - that's all the holidays some of us can get or we would stay longer.
This year we tried more restaurants in the area and found some really good ones. Also Sue has a binder there that gives information on local eating spots.
The beaches are within a reasonable distance and one night we took the Sunset and Dolphin excursion and it was really good. It is thru Banana Bay Tours.
So thanks Sue for opening your home to us. See you next year."
