  • Wonderful home!

"We actually stayed in Nov 2012 but the calendar wont go back that far. It was just me, my husband and young daughter. The home was perfect. It wasn't cluttered with too many things or furniture but it also had everything we needed. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The pool fence was great for our young child. As was the use of a pack n play. The gulf access canal was a bonus. I used to live in the Cape so knew the areas I didn't want to stay in and the areas that were more desirable. I knew this neighborhood and it was everything i remembered it to be, even though I hadn't lived there for three years. We had an issue getting the pool heater to work so we called management. Someone came the next morning. Nothing was wrong, things just weren't set right. But we ended up not heating the pool anyway. We instead heated the spa to a low heat since it was perfect for our two year old to 'swim' around in. I forgot to write a review after our visit but since I'm considering a return visit I thought I would share our experience...I want to go back. That says it all!"

  • Living the dream for our 40th Anniversary

"A taste of Paradise! My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our best friends in this gorgeous home and were thoroughly pleased with all it had to offer. The house and lanai were as beautiful as pictured as well as the view. We were able to enjoy every sunrise by walking a short distance down the street and around the corner and the sunsets were just as beautiful setting directly across the canal. We never anticipated seeing so much wildlife in and around the neighborhood. We were blessed with the sighting of 5 Burrowing Owls, located one street away, when taking the bikes out for a short ride. They live in nests underground and 3 babies popped up just as we were peddling by. We caught over 40 catfish off the cement landing along with a stingray. A neighbor, 2 doors down, pulled in a 2 1/2 foot black-tip shark. We were visited by a mother duck and 7 baby ducklings every morning while having our coffee by the canal. We also witnessed schools of very large stingrays swimming up and down the canal very close to shore. We enjoyed the home and surroundings so much we ended up cooking in and relaxing by the pool all week and were very content to stay put and enjoy the piece and serenity that this home has to offer. Yiling was a delight to work with and returned our security deposit within 10 days. I look forward to renting again next year."
