Great Place to Stay!
"My husband and I stayed the month of March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, clean, well stocked with everything you need and the view is great. Located in a great area of Cape Coral. Near all the places, restaurants we like to go to. Pool is great and the people there during our stay were very friendly. We have been coming down every March now for Spring Training since 2008 and this is one of the best condos we have stayed at. Would definitely come back in the future if available."

"There were 8 of us- 4 adults and 4 kids (11-15 years old) that stayed at Mariner's Landing. The house is on the canal, and is very spacious, clean and well stocked( coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, blankets etc). The kids and adults loved the oversized pool , we swam everyday and evening. If you need groceries, the Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away. So you can walk or take a cab there. Since we didn't rent a car, we took a cab to where we wanted to go and it was affordable and quick. Rotary Park is down the street and is perfect for the avid birders! We rented the hurricane boat and it was so much fun. The captain had great ideas of where to go and was very knowledgeable. We went to two beaches, Lover's key which is accessible by boat and car. The sand is white and pebbly and there are lots of shells. Our favourite was Cayo Costa Island..the beach is beautiful, white sand, lots of shells and is quiet. On our way to Cayo Costa we went through ReD Fish Pass and saw lots of dolphins in front and beside the boat.New Year's Eve we went to Fathom's restaurant, the food and service was Excellent. We went to two other restaurants one was RumRunner's and The Naughty Mermaid both places had delicious food and great service. We had a wonderful , memorable vacation and would love to rent this house again!!"

"We did a ladies get away, there were 5 of us and we loved the house. We have all talked about coming back again with family for a vacation. The home is beautiful and best of all it is well kept and clean. The neighbors are great and so friendly. You are in a a wonderfully private neighborhood with beautiful homes. Everthing you need is there, just add the food and fun. We went to the beaches and also enjoyed the pool, having that was wonderful and having the covered lanai gave us a great gathering spot even in the rain. We had plenty of room and with 2 full baths even 5 ladies had no problems getting showers, etc. They cover all the small details including the computer with printer to print our boarding passes. Loved it! Really enjoyed eating at Fathoms and Ford's Garage."

"Love this house and the boat was beautiful also. Just a skip across the street to the grocery store. Biking or walking distant to shops and evening entertainment.
The house manager just lives next door and she is a real sweetheart."
