  • Excellent vacation home!

"We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Oasis! Way better than a hotel. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The careful attention to details in the decor is impressive. Garden and pool area are well-designed and maintained. Every amenity you could think of is provided. The home is well located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shops, restaurants, the marina and the beach. We will definitely return to this home at our next Florida vacation and we will highly recommend it to our friends and family."

  • First Timers

"We two couples really enjoyed the house and contents. There were some minor maintenance issues, including the lanai area not having been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The hot tub was difficult to operate and the pool really was not warm until the outside temp went over 80. An issue was raised regarding the very low allowance for electricity use. We heated the hot tub only one night and never turned on the heat or air conditioning, but still had to pay for excess electric. Overall, the home was very suited for two couples, included all necessary furniture, equipment and appliances. We would rent this again. Its location was ideal for trips to various beaches and restuarants. There was equipment available, including bikes and beach stuff."

"The house was gorgeous & perfect location for us. The property manager took care of things very quickly, which wasgreatly appreciated. The owners returned our deposit very quickly as well. The only recommendation I have is that the upstairs "entertainment/office" room be turned into another master suite, as it was intended. That would've been perfect. Our stray was almost perfect & close to shopping, restaurants, & parks. The pool was awesome to have every day! Thank you so much for our great vacation at your lovely home in Cape Coral!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
