  • Great spot!

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Loggerhead Cay. Great location, across from grills & tennis courts. About 500 steps to sand! Owner has beach chairs, beach umbrella ,etc. especially handy for fliers. Decor is very beachy, bright, and pleasing. View is nice but because it's first floor you can't really see the beach. That being said , first floor is nice when hauling "stuff" to the beach for the day! Only thing that wasn't completely perfect were the beds. For some they may be fine but for our group they were too hard. No give whatsoever. We really couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We had a week of sun, 80 plus degrees & the sand & gulf. The other thing to note is that all the other guests were very friendly. My son had a group of men with whom he grilled several of the nights we were there. Really a great atmosphere! We would love to return!"

  • Absolutely fantastic Sanibel sanctuary!

"This house was, bar none, the best rental we have ever stayed at. It is very secluded and private with dense mature landscaping and views overlooking the bayou. The house itself was very spacious, even more so than the pictures suggest, and the layout allowed for a fantastic indoor/outdoor living experience. There was a wall of sliding glass doors that opened onto a fabulous outdoor deck overlooking the large heated swimming pool. The entire area was contained within a screened lanai. The house is also quite close to Bowman’s Beach, and very walkable. We were able to get there in 15 minutes with 3 children (aged 5, 2, and 6 months) in tow. A couple of adults could easily do it in less than 10. As for the amenities, the house was very well appointed. The master bedroom is basically its own enclave, with a vaulted ceiling, two decks and a full high-end bathroom. There were 3 other bedrooms on the other side of the house - a queen room, a twin room, and a bunk room. In terms of supplies, there really was everything you could possibly need for your stay. Each bathroom contained many extra rolls of toilet paper. Also provided was dish soap, laundry detergent, oil, spices, and cleaning supplies. They had more dishes, appliances and cookware than in our own kitchen. The pool was conveniently managed by Eli, the pool guy, every Wednesday morning, and our children very much enjoyed the many provided pool toys. All in all, we loved our stay on Sanibel, and we can’t say enough about this house. It is a gorgeous retreat. Thank you Brooke for all your help!"

  • Superior Unit

"My family of 4 stayed during the first week of July. We were so impressed! The owners have thought of all the "extras" to make guests comfortable. The front room is well stocked with chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The kitchen is the most equipped condo unit that we have ever been in and we have stayed in a variety! We very much enjoyed our vacation on Marco and are hoping to return to this same unit again next year. Highly recommend!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
