"My husband and I were fortunate to be able to stay at Villa Camden for the month of February 2013 it was wonderful. Upon entering the home for the first time I felt so happy to have found such a gem on the VRBO web site. This home was clean and updated and fresh. The furnishings were lovely with a beachy/cottage décor. Everything this home has to offer is “first class”, from the upscale bedding, linens and electronics for everyone. With the fully stocked, high end kitchen, it was a pleasure for me to cook even though I was on vacation!! The pool and spa area is beautiful. The pool is heated to 85 degrees, which makes using the pool enjoyable during the day and again at night under the stars. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk, everyone is very friendly. The owners of this property were wonderful to work with. They responded to my e-mails promptly which made the rental process very easy. It’s obvious that they take pride in their home and we are so grateful that they decided to share this lovely home with us. Thank you Michelle and John"Guest: Sally P. "My wife and I visited 12/25/2010-1/1/2011 from atlanta georgia. we booked on christmas eve and the home was made available christmas day . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. the floor plan was ideal . the living room with huge flat screen was great for the bowl games, new furniture throughout. the master overlooked the pool and canal behind the pool and was separate from the other 2 bedrooms. A BOATERS PARADISE. bring your boat with you and you will have the best vacation ever."Guest: rick Date of Stay: January 2010 Review Submitted: January 17, 2011View listing
"We (parents and a little girl) stayed in the Sungetaway villa for two weeks in July/August and had a wonderful time. Professional and helpful homeowners to begin with. Responsive and factual. Very important and reassuring when you cross the pond for two weeks. It rarely happens that you find nothing lacking in a vacation rental home ('where is the cork screw', 'does anyone know where the scissors are?'). Lots of rooms, great AC and fans throughout the house. More than enough towels, etc. And a big wachine machine and dryer (where we come from, everything is tiny and expensive). Tiles on the floor so very easy to keep the house tidy and clean. No bugs, no mosquitos. And a nice and peaceful area with, I figure, lots of vacation homes. Nearby a Publix supermarket, which was located just across our favorite restaurant, The Lobster Lady (open every day - don't try to make a reservation because they are unable to accomodatie that in their seating plan, just get there by 3 or 4 PM for a combined lunch/diner). We went to Captiva (lunch at the Mucky Duck) and Sanibel (lunch at Lazy Flamingo) and nearby Fort Myers Beach. No parking problems there and, for us Europeans, at $2 per hour sort of cheap). Disney is a long drive, so you'd better stay there in a hotel and return the next day. Rented a boat ar Paradise Rental. Not cheap but worthwhile, and you only need a drivers license! Watch out for the police though in Cape Coral (there is one living just around the corner. He puts his car in front of his house, the one thing a cop would never, ever, do in Europe, except for Switzerland perhaps). The town is so peaceful, that they have really nothing else to do than watch out for 'road criminals'. A lovely stay in a great place in Cape Coral!"Guest: Martijn Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 18, 2014View listing
"Stayed at this property for a month, 2200 square feet, beautifully decorated, sleep-number king-size bed. Furnishings were 5 star quality and left nothing to be desired! As expected, everything was provided, dishes, linens, 2 bicycles, gourmet kitchen appliances. Owner was called several times and he took care of our requests without any delay. Location was good for roaming around Fort Myers and other southwest Florida locations."Guest: Nicholas Date of Stay: December 2010 Review Submitted: January 23, 2011View listing
