  • EXCELLENT HOME

"This home has so much to offer. It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The house is decorated absolutely beautifully. It is a very, very clean home. There is a big spacious kitchen with all modernized appliances. We have young children and the pool and hot tub were utilized all the time. All the rooms and bathrooms are great in size and there is plenty of closet space. My kids especially loved being on the canal and were able to catch fish. I highly recommend it to anyone."

  • We'll be back!

"Great house with great water access to the gulf. Takes about 5min to the River and 40 mins to the gulf by boat. The Boat lift is such a nice amenity. The public boat launch is 1 mile from the house. The neighbors are great but keep to themselves. Hot tub and pool worked no problem, also had a solar cover for the pool. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Definitely make your way to Fort Meyers beach, a good seafood restaurant on the way is Pinchers. Would recommend to a friend, especially if you have your own boat."

  • Modern, upscale, spacious, with lovely view from lanai of tranquil pond

"This rental is top shelf - very attractive and modern with high end finishes. We thoroughly enjoyed a month's stay here. There were no disappointments. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The high point for us was the wonderful screened in lanai overlooking a pond with ducks and birds. We ate most of our meals in the lanai. The coach house area is very tranquil, and the clubhouse pool is well heated and has both sunny and shady spots. The restaurants and boutiques at the marina were all excellent and a short walk away. We highly recommend this rental."

  • Beautiful and well equiped home

"Our family just returned from a two week vacation at this home in Cape Coral Fl. The home was exactly as advertised and pictured on the web. It was like new, clean and very spacious. It was close to the local Walmart Grocery store and is walkable if you wanted. This home included the use of 4 bikes to get a bit of exercise and adventure. The kitchen is well outfitted and the linens and towels were plentiful. There were 4 large flat screen TVs, internet and surround sound. The home is well layed out and the bathrooms are all high quality. The lanai with the patio table made eating all of our meals or playing games so much more enjoyable outside. We saw a lot of fish jumping in the private type canal behind the home . The pool and spa were spotless and well cared for. The location is very central in Cape Coral and is great for shopping, has a nice waterfront to walk, and places to eat. Would recommend to anyone and is only about 30 minutes from the Fort Myers airport for those who might fly to Florida."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
