"We have been staying on West Gulf Drive for 25 years and tried the East Drive for the first time. We were completely satisfied with the area and this unit. We have fallen in love with the canal view. It was so private and so relaxing that I don't think we will ever go back to beach front. Watched people fish, manatee and dolphin swim past, and b-b-q ed fresh fish. We could not have been more pleased."

  • Condo with that just like home feeling, comfortable and central to the area.

"The listing and photos of the rental were quite accurate. I don't remember much emphasis put on the par 3 executive golf course winding in an out of the condo buildings. Being a golfer the property choice may have changed had the full details been known at the time of booking. The property was clean and well kept, as was the common areas like the pools, the main clubhouse fitness center, the streets and the parking. It was obvious that resident owners took pride in their ownership and the area as well. There is quite an active social calendar having attended two evenings, one a fun time Casino night, nothing serious, and an Irish Entertainer. We had to contact the owner to get a service call and the appointment was timely and done by a local professional company. There was an attempt to watch a movie from the selection of movie CD's however we were unable to get the electronics in sync, it would have helped if there were instructions left by the T V on how to operate the systems. After our first week there we showed a real interest in re-booking for next year from this same owner, only to be informed that the condo was already rented for March 2015, quite disappointing. This property certainly does have a lot of pluses and I would recommend it for sure, you will find yourself quite central to a lot of activities, shopping, outlets, beaches, Naples 5th Ave and a multiple of restaurants."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
