"We have rented this home for three consecutive years in the February and March time-frame and have always enjoyed our stay there. This year other plans preclude us from once again renting this home but we would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a nice place to rent in Cape Coral. The home management team takes great care of you and is just a phone call away if you need any help. The home is laid out very well and we thought the master bath was wonderful. The pool area is very nice and there is no better way to start the day then by having your coffee and a newspaper next to the pool on a beautiful spring morning in Cape Coral, Florida. The Minnesota Twins spring training site is just minutes away and golf courses are plentiful in the area."Guest: John S. Date of Stay: February 2010 Review Submitted: November 6, 2010View listing
"This rental is top shelf - very attractive and modern with high end finishes. We thoroughly enjoyed a month's stay here. There were no disappointments. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen is very spacious and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. The high point for us was the wonderful screened in lanai overlooking a pond with ducks and birds. We ate most of our meals in the lanai. The coach house area is very tranquil, and the clubhouse pool is well heated and has both sunny and shady spots. The restaurants and boutiques at the marina were all excellent and a short walk away. We highly recommend this rental."Guest: Northern friend Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 1, 2014View listing
"This Cape Coral canal home was the perfect spot for our February vacation away from our cold Minnesota winter. The whole month was sunny and 80, so we enjoyed the heated pool with lanai over looking the canal and backyard tropical landscaping and palms. The guys fished from shore and caught snook, redfish, bass and even a good sized tarpon. We enjoyed the peaceful sunsets and an occasional manatee happening by, right out our back door. The spacious kitchen and dining areas with options for sunny lunches by the pool, casual dining on the shady lanai, and evening dining inside made our home cooked meals as special as eating out. This was our first time sharing a home with another couple, and we loved the open layout, huge living room with flat screen, and the pass through sliders that open the kitchen and dining areas to the comfy lanai. Mike was so easy to work with and was just down the block and a quick phone call away if we needed anything."Guest: Chuck and Sue Date of Stay: February 2013 Review Submitted: April 2, 2013View listing
"We enjoyed our stay and during the time we were here we had relatives and friends stay with us for a while and found the home very comfortable for all. There were enough options for entertainment and just plain relaxing to keep everyone satisfied.Caught a few bass out of the canal and enjoyed watching the birds and geckos outside the lanai. We would highly recommend this property and dealing with Pam(the owner) was also a positive experience."Guest: Rick W.
