  • wonderful Holiday

"What a wonderful holiday. It Exceeded my expectations ! The photographs do not do justus to the house, Spotless and immaculate are the words that come to mind straightaway. The pool is refreshing and the out door shower has hot water . The garden is beautiful. The island is quaint. There is no need to drive (they drive on the wrong side of the road in America after all). The trolley makes it complete. It makes every restaurant on the island accessible, just a walk to the corner to hop on no Charge . travel by trolley to Jenny & Janie's for breakfast, in the morning, and "Eat Here" for dinner. ( both came highly recommended by Suzann ) The whole street has undergone a transformation since my last trip to the island. it is even more charming! I think 77th street is the most beautiful street on the island. The whole street should be in this yrs island tour of homes."

  • Peaceful Paradise with gorgeous sunsets

"LOVE this heavenly quiet condo, it is the perfect place to go and forgot the rest of the world. Arrive with swimsuits, a few necessities, food and drinks! And the fun starts. Gorgeous sunsets, an empty beach, you truly have your own island. Our latest stay for the Fishing Tournament did not disappoint with 2 days of fun with friends. The unit is wonderful and the owners a pleasure. We have been many times and will definitely be back very soon! Highly recommended to family and friends."

  • Will never stay at this property again under current management....

"My family and I have stayed in Captiva many times. Very special place for us in many ways. This cottage was excellent as are the others. However- I was docked $100 of my deposit for being 30mins past the 10am departure time. The management of this property is dishonest stating creating other reasons for the penalty. If you stay here, be certain to take pictures before you leave and be punctual for they are watching."

  • Perfection

"Anna Maria island is unique in so many ways. Going off the island is not desirable for us as we have come to love the non commercial beach like community with use of bikes and trolley, community center for tennis etc. and this spacious, clean and well organized unit, ideal for beach access, having wonderful porches and lush foliage which makes it feel so private, not to mention the pool. The owners genuinely care about their renters which is shown by the prompt and accommodating communication. A real gem."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
