"We were at Villa Floyd for a month. When we first saw the house my wife and I exchanged a smile and the thought "We get to stay here for a month!" Everything was wonderful. The boat was great and had a beautiful dock. The Villa itself was close to fishing. The pool was big enough for three people to float around in and the fenced in patio was a great place to spend the majority of our time. Anything you need is already there: a grill for cooking, floats for the pool, towels, cooking utensils, and lots more. There's a binder that had all the basic info you need (internet password, emergency numbers, etc), as well as a lot of flyers other residents have put in about local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely go back again, except that we loved the area so much we decided to find a house of our own here in the Cape! "My wife and I visited 12/25/2010-1/1/2011 from atlanta georgia. we booked on christmas eve and the home was made available christmas day . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. the floor plan was ideal . the living room with huge flat screen was great for the bowl games, new furniture throughout. the master overlooked the pool and canal behind the pool and was separate from the other 2 bedrooms. A BOATERS PARADISE. bring your boat with you and you will have the best vacation ever."Guest: rick Date of Stay: January 2010 Review Submitted: January 17, 2011View listing
"This home was a great location for us. We were visiting for a baseball tournament in the Fort Myers area. All games were conveniently located to this home. The home was well furnished and we were able to enjoy our time here. Thank you for sharing your home."Guest: wsryg Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 6, 2014View listing
"My wife and I are just three weeks into our 2 month vacation in Cape Coral. This home is exactly what we had been looking for, The 3 bedroom layout is perfect, it was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood is both safe and friendly. We did experience some minor problems with TV reception and the clothes dryer not working, but the owners responded promptly and these problems were corrected within a day or two. The home is located in a clean residential setting with shopping, golf, tennis and dining within 10 to 20 minutes away. The beaches are approx. a 30 minute drive, but well worth the effort. The house and location is so perfect we hope to do it all again next year if it is still available.
