"Wonderful place for many types of vacations. We had a great girls week away from home in beautiful sunny South West Florida. Wining and dining was great whether we were at a local restaurant or dining on the lanai by the pool as the sun sets. Close to fabulous beaches, but also lots of other activities. Relax with a glass of wine while you learn to paint a colorful picture at Vino's Picasso in Ft. Myers. Take a sunset dolphin cruise to explore the coastal wildlife. Floating in the heated pool at night looking up at the stars was very relaxing. Shopping, eating, drinking, laughing, sunbathing, we all had a wonderful time at Berkshire Palms! Owners are wonderful, very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Definitely planning on returning again!"Guest: Pel Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 11, 2014View listing
"The house was gorgeous & perfect location for us. The property manager took care of things very quickly, which wasgreatly appreciated. The owners returned our deposit very quickly as well. The only recommendation I have is that the upstairs "entertainment/office" room be turned into another master suite, as it was intended. That would've been perfect. Our stray was almost perfect & close to shopping, restaurants, & parks. The pool was awesome to have every day! Thank you so much for our great vacation at your lovely home in Cape Coral!!"Guest: Scott F. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing
"The codo appeared very nice on line but truly exceeded my expectations upon arrival. Truthfully the description on line does not do it justice. Very clean, very well maintained and beautiful property. When I contacted the owner with my questions and concerns prior to renting, he contacted me immediately. Every thing you could possible need to make yourself at home and then some. Ladies, don't over pack there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The listing does not mention hair dryer or iron, but it is there. Dishes, wine glasses, cook wear, complete... Everything was so nice my 17 year old son even made his bed when he go up in the morning, That's a first..."Guest: Dawn & Bill Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 18, 2014View listing
"This beautiful home was even better than pictured. From the moment we opened the front door we knew we picked a winner. The condition of this home was pristine, immaculately clean and fresh. The house is superbly laid out and so roomy. To top it off the house is furnished beautifully, the quality beds and furniture very comfortable. The bed linens and towels were exactly the same as well as plentiful. The exterior of the property is equally lovely. The lanai and pool were well enjoyed by all of us. The owners were quick to answer questions and could not have been more proactive or helpful. If we visit Cape Coral again this is the house we will return to without question. The location is wonderful, close to Matlacha and Pine Island and to downtown Cape Coral as well. We thoroughly enjoyed delicious dinners out at Red's, Ford's Garage and Mulletville. Make time for the Margaretaville style waterfront eateries in St. James City, food and live music were just great. We went to Captiva Island and picked up amazing shells we've never seen on beaches before. The only drawback was that we only booked this great home for a week! Thanks so much Jim and Cheryl, can't think of a single thing you need to add or change as you've clearly thought of everything to make your guests feel welcomed and at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home."Guest: linda & Tony s. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 3, 2014View listing
