"We loved this house and had a great time in this Sandoval Community. Owner was very accommodating. They fixed a need within a couple hours...exceptional. Beautiful house with great use of space and layout for a family. Has everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Perfect location to walking trails and pool/clubhouse. Lake directly a crossed the street. Quiet neighborhood. Great gated community for all ages, we have 2 little kids that loved the resort style pool, waterslide and play area, also plenty of kids activities as well as bocce ball, horseshoes and other activities for active adults. Community is close to all the amenities you need as well as less than 5 minutes from Matlacha and Pine Island. We would definitely go back again."Guest: Wayne H. "Wunderbares, sehr ruhiges Haus in perfektem Zustand. Der erste Haus, welches in Echt schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt!"Guest: Claude Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 12, 2013View listing
"We spent two weeks there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The refurbishment, furnishings, kitchen wonderfully equipped, decoration, curtains have been done with a very good taste and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation: TV cable with over 100 channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and new very comfortable memory foam mattress. The owner was very open and honest in responding to our questions, no matter how they were. We had everything we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for trips to Naples, Sarasota, Tampa for shopping, recreation and amusement. You can enjoy the solitude, kayak, rent a boat, walk, bike and run, play tennis and basketball. You can also listen to music and/or go dancing downstairs three days a week from 6 to 10pm. We look forward to a return visit."Guest: Francine Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 12, 2013View listing
"Lovely, clean condo. Great view and good location. Near shopping, restaurants, whatever one needs. Safe, nice neighborhood. Owners wonderful people, great to work with. Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Loved 5 pm happy hours at tiki hut. Even had potlucks with other condo renters/owners. Worked out well for our small dog. Loved the upstairs lanai! Everything you need is in this condo. Highly recommend it."Guest: Laura B. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: March 18, 2014View listing

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.
Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats
Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.
Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair
Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.
Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
