"Our stay in Cape Coral was simply fabulous. Dealing with property owner was super. The location is close to everything but a vehicle is necessary. The property is located on deep chanel and game fish abundant saw jack cravalle, gray snapper, and sheephead. The house is very clean and well maintained. My wife and I plan to rent it again next year if still available. Must try the Monkey Bar for food (great Grouper sandwitches). Enjoy your getaway with confidence great neighbors and neighborhood."Guest: Ron Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 4, 2014View listing
"Very quiet street yet very close to restaurants, gas, highway, upscale liquor/wine store within walking distance. Beautiful grounds/landscaping. Owner thought of everything. Cooked up some gourmet seafood meals as all the utensils were provided just like home. Pool area was private and felt like my own oasis. Would recommend this property to 55+ or a young family. Thanks for a great week."Guest: Vera M. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 30, 2014View listing
"We have a fabulous time in this vacation home. It was our first time renting a home and had some reservations about doing so initially. Arlene made the entire process very easy and handled all questions and transactions swiftly. Villa Coral Reef is a very clean and nicely decorated. This home on a cul de sac overlooking a serene canal. Peaceful with all the amenities you need. We loved spending time in the heated pool and hot tub once we figured out how to use and set the temperature. Location is convienent and within minutes to Pine Island, Matlacha, Sanibel Island, and Fort Meyers. We will definitely consider coming back for another stay. Much thanks for sharing your home."Guest: Jennifer L. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: January 13, 2014View listing
