  • Beautiful accommodations

"Our family rented this property for one week while visiting our son who is a college student in the area. We had 2 adults and 3 children, and the space was plentiful. It was very clean, furniture and appliances were new. The condo and parking were very secure, even though the community is very safe and very friendly. It is an especially nice place if you happen to be Catholic, as there is a gorgeous church across the street, and there are shops and bookstores with religious items within a block. A grocery store is a walk away if you wish to cook, or there is a pub with family seating, a pizza place, a great coffee shop, and a smoothie shop all within a 3 minute walk. The beach is about a 40-50minute drive. There is a water park reserved for community members or renters that is not crowded and lots of fun for toddlers to adults- a 5 minute drive. This would be a great area to bike around for fun. There is an excellent Mother Teresa exhibit that just opened recently. Even though it borders a college campus, there is not the typical loud and raucous activity one might expect. The beds were comfortable. We had an experience that was pleasing in every way."

"If you have been searching for that perfect vacation getaway - search no more! THIS IS IT !! Since retiring 2 years ago my wife and I have spent the better part of the last two winters at the Dolfin House. All the reviews that you can read below are accurate and unanimous. The only thing they leave out is how consistantly great the weather is! For location, amenities, ownership, style, comfort and extras too numerous to mention we can't imagine why you would look anywhere else. Add to that the fact that Marco Island was just voted the #1 Island Destination in the United States by Trip Advisor and you'll understand why we've spent so much time here recently. One last thought. Upon visiting Dolfin House for the 1st time this year, our grandaughter stated, "Gram, Pop, this really is Paradise! We could'nt agree more!"

"We had a very nice time. The house and the surrounding area have exceeded our expectations. It has really nothing missing. The house is just great and very clean!!! Due to the many services that were among our house, such as canoeing, bicycles, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and billiards, etc., it became beautiful relaxation day for us. Mary Jane, Steffi and Armstrong were be very nice and helpful. They gave us all the useful information in order to feel right at home from the start. Many nice restaurants as Rumrunners or Ford's garage were in the immediate vicinity. The Shopping Malls and the beach of Ft. Myers are reaching by car in less than 30 minutes. Cape Coral is worth the trip! And when we come back we live in White Ibis again. Thank you for all!"

  • Dream vacation

"I'm not very eager to write this review, we loved the place so much that I'd like to keep it a secret. Just as pictured and well maintained. Very clean and equipped with everything you may need and more; quiet area; wonderful pool; very close to the most fantastic beach you've seen; a responsive and helpful owner. We stayed two weeks and had an awesome time. It was great experience from the beginning to the end and, o boy, we didn't want it to end.. We can't wait to go there again! I would (and already had) recommend this place to my friends."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
