  • Beautiful home, very comfortable, great location

"My brother decided to move to Cape Coral from Colorado and needed a temporary place to stay while he was looking for a home. Rather than stay with me, or in a hotel, he asked me to look for a vacation rental. I was lucky enough to find this home at the last minute. Tim, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He was flexible and accommodating, even extended the stay when we needed to. The home is perfectly laid out, with 3 large bedrooms all with private baths, a nice sized kitchen and comfortable living area. Nicely decorated, but not so pristine that you're afraid to sit on the furniture. The home was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool is lovely, with a private lanai and a nice view across a sailboat canal. The location is ideal. Cape Harbour, with Rumrunners Restaurant, the Joint, Publix, Walgreens all within walking distance."

  • Christmas in Paradise!

"We were at Villa Floyd for a month. When we first saw the house my wife and I exchanged a smile and the thought "We get to stay here for a month!" Everything was wonderful. The boat was great and had a beautiful dock. The Villa itself was close to fishing. The pool was big enough for three people to float around in and the fenced in patio was a great place to spend the majority of our time. Anything you need is already there: a grill for cooking, floats for the pool, towels, cooking utensils, and lots more. There's a binder that had all the basic info you need (internet password, emergency numbers, etc), as well as a lot of flyers other residents have put in about local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely go back again, except that we loved the area so much we decided to find a house of our own here in the Cape! Bill and Helen December 2013"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
