  • Eight Royals Has Our Vote!

"We recently stayed (end of March) and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our accommodations and trip was. We have Two daughters ages 7 & 10 and we had a blast. The home was perfect for the four of us. Someone from the Property management company greeted us and answered all of our questions right away and we have to say, the house was immaculate. The house had everything from in room laundry right down to pool toys for the kids. It was fabulous. Our favorite “hangout” was definitely the pool area. Great large screened in area with a grill. We were able to eat all of our meals pool side and enjoy playing basketball in the pool with the girls. The nonskid surface for the pool area and bathroom was a huge plus as well. Being so close to Cape Coral we were able to run to the Cape Coral beach often, even if it was just for an hour! The location was a big bonus as well. We were so close to grocery store, restaurants and drug/convenient stores. Plus the neighborhood is very quiet and in a great area, we felt very safe and comfortable. My girls are still talking about the “gecko” room that they stayed in and tell everyone about how much fun we all had and how much they miss it as they felt like it was their home. The kitchen was great, it had everything we needed to cook with from utensils to the pots and pans. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing home for all that it offered. Sincerely, The Kings"

  • Relaxing vacation

"This home was a great location for us. We were visiting for a baseball tournament in the Fort Myers area. All games were conveniently located to this home. The home was well furnished and we were able to enjoy our time here. Thank you for sharing your home."

  • Exactly what we were looking for !!!

"I was looking for a waterfront vacation rental that I could share with my 92-year-old dad on a little mini-vacation. We wanted a place large enough for the two of us, with a view of the water, and a coffee shop and restaurant within easy walking distance from our condo. Not asking too much !!! Lori's condo was a perfect choice. My dad could easily navigate around the complex. We had coffee every morning at Run Agrounds (we sat outside at the dog-friendly seating overlooking the marina, and enjoyed talking to the "regulars" who gave us tips on restaurants, etc.), had a great lunch at Rum Runners, shopped at the beautiful onsite art gallery displaying local artists' work -- all without leaving the property. We spent every evening on the large screened lanais drinking our martini (dad !) and wine (me) watching the boats come in and go out of the harbour. It was fun to watch, and the view was incredible. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious, with any kitchen item you'd want, very comfortable beds and furniture, and 2 screened lanais that face southwest -- with beautiful views of Sanibel in the distance, and cooler than the full west-facing views. Lori was wonderful to work with -- very responsive, flexible, and informative. It was nice to be able to spend so much time with my dad, and staying at this terrific condo was icing on the cake. I highly recommend it as a place to get away, relax, and enjoy life. Thanks, Lori!"

  • Awesome Vacation!

"This one tops the VRBO's we have stayed at! Coming from Minnesota, a state of 10,000 lakes, we were excited to find this VRBO that not only had a pool but a boat to use as well. Tom the owner was great to work with; very prompt in getting back to us with questions or concerns we had. The home was very comfortable (for 6) and well stocked. Our 8yr old granddaughter spent every minute she could in the warm, clean pool. Fishing gear was also supplied and our 17yr old grandson spent his share of hours fishing off the dock. The boating was fantastic! We all loved seeing the dolphins when in the boat or relaxing on the dock. This home is in great proximity of shopping, shelling, and wonderful eating establishments. None of us wanted to see the week end but all are in agreement that we will return!!"

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.
