  • Great 1st experience as a snowbird at Verandah

"We just got back from a wonderful 2 months at this property. The unit is clean, well- maintained, and well-equipped (bicycles, fishing equipment, linens, cookware...). All we had to bring was our clothes. The 2 car garage made it easy to pull in, and also store sports equipment. A west-facing screen porch made for beautiful sunsets and evening dining. Having a private community pool and meeting room was a real treat, and it proved to be a great place to meet your neighbors and bond. As a community, Verandah offers all the amenities (gated entrance, clubhouse with a dining room, fitness center with a large pool, coffee room, kayak rental, tennis courts, dog park, bike and walking paths). There are also 2 very popular golf courses. It is also located with easy access to I75 and Fort Myers, without the hectic traffic of the other areas of Southwest Florida. Finally, and probably most importantly, the owners of this property were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, informative, clear, and fair. The rental cost exactly as much as was explained to me initially. Nothing was hidden, and there were no surprises."

  • Paradise

"Lovely location and view of the Gulf. Absolute Heaven to fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of the waves. THE BEST LOCATION on Ft Myers Beach for us. A very short walk to Publix for necessities and an invigorating 2 mile walk to Times Square. Perfect distance for early morning walks. Condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Cannot say enough nice things about it. We hope to return again soon."

  • November Trip

"We arrived in Fort Myers Beach on Saturday Nov 1 and stayed until Saturday Nov 8. The weather was beautiful (it never rained) and we walked the beach 3 to 4 times every day. It was so peaceful. The condo was clean and quiet, and the 3rd floor screened balcony overlooks the Gulf Of Mexico by mere yards. We saw many dolphin and we parasailed. I have been returning here for over 10 years, and we have never had a disappointing time. I so look forward to our next trip. Thank you for such a great vacation!!!!!!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
