  • Unit 405 Great

"The Sandpiper Beach complex is small, private, secluded, off the main roads and immaculately landscaped and kept. The heated pool is fabulous. We stayed in unit 405 ( building 4, top floor, middle) for 2 weeks and it was perfect, with a wonderful view of the gulf. The unit has a nice bright kitchen equipped with all one could ask for- (a coffee maker, AND a Keurig machine were available) and the unit is fresh and clean. The decor and furniture, including wonderful master bed, are very comfortable. Plus the place is adorably decorated. The bathrooms, as in most of these units ( built 20 yrs ago) are small, nor are they updated but perfectly fine. I've stayed in vacation rentals in the past that are dank, dark, and crummy- that was not the case here. The owner offers 4 bikes in great condition, helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys- all in tiptop condition. The owners were very responsive to emails, questions ,and had helpful suggestions. The only note the complex is for us seniors: the complex doesn't have an elevator- May be an issue for some."

  • Fantastic Rental Property!!!

"We could not have chosen a better home for our first VRBO experience and we would definitely stay here again! - The location was great, it is a 5 minute car ride to the beach (Delnor Wiggins State Park) and another 3 minutes to another beach entrance (Vanderbilt Beach). It is also about 5 minutes from Whole Foods and numerous other shops and about one block from a great fish restaurant (Randy's Fish Market). Also, about a 20-25 minute ride to Old Naples (right down SR 41). - The house was impeccably clean and cared for. - The pool was perfect for our young one (18 months old) as well as for us. - The home had everything a family would need (washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor gas grill with a full gas tank, pack and play and high chair (for younger children), towels for the home and beach, beach toys, beach chairs, gaming system, satellite TV, WIFI...just name it! I would highly recommend this property, especially for those with small children."

"Condo looked just like the photos. Very comfortable and conveniently located. All the neighbors are friendly and always stopped to say Hello or wave. The pool was very nice and we had great weather. We had a few mishaps, but the owner was helpful and took care of all concerns. We never used the workout center, preferring to stay outside. The bicycles were and added plus and we rode them everyday. Lots of great shopping and restaurants not far from the complex. We enjoyed our stay!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
