  • Fantastic home!

"Stayed at this beautiful house for 2 weeks, March 2015. Barrie and Hillary are fantastic to deal with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. As nice as the pictures are they really don't do the place justice, it's even nicer when you see it in person. Everything is spotless and very comfortably furnished. The location is fantastic and convenient to all Cape Coral and Fort Myers have to offer. Our security deposit was returned promptly after our return. We will certainly consider renting here again. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area. Try Monarca's if you're looking for great, authentic Mexican food!"

  • Great Family Vacation Home

"What a vacation!! We spent 2 weeks at Villa Driftwood, 1 with just my family & another family joined us for the 2nd week. We rented the house because of the pool and it certainly didn't disappoint. The screened in area was awesome as the large sliding doors were open every day, all day and we all pretty much spent the entire time in bathing suits. The closeness of the pool is especially great if you have children as there's no need to get them out if you have to make lunch or use the facilities. Everything is right there and they are in view at all times. I'm a firm believer that no vacation is ever perfect. Inevitably something will go wrong or break. There's nothing you can do about it so just sit back contact the home owner and enjoy the rest of your day. We had a couple issues arise during our stay, I emailed the owner and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. Was comforting to know that you're not left in the dark. As for the house... Its HUGE!!! Though its a bit dated you can tell that the owner is doing everything he can to fix the place up. Some areas need a coat of paint but the place is immaculate and overall we didn't have any major complaints. The new tinted sliding doors are great, the house stayed at 78 all day without the need for AC. The double garage is especially nice. The greatest addition was the Margaritaville Maker in the kitchen. We gave it a workout during our stay!! Overall (and minor things aside) it was a successful vacation at Villa Driftwood and we would certainly love to return next year (Were it not booked already!)."

  • AWESOME!!!

"Just awesome! This was our first time vacation home rental for my wife and I and it was a home run, just beyond our expectations. Pictures are exact but do not do it justice until you've seen it. Sunny Belle is a beautiful, clean, well maintained home with all the modern accessories you could need or want and Sylvie was just great to deal with. The property manager, Ivo, was so nice and very helpful too. We can not wait to go back and are counting the days until we can return. Thank you so much Sylvie and Ivo for making our vacation so peaceful and pleasant. Until next time."

  • Awesome Vacation!

"This one tops the VRBO's we have stayed at! Coming from Minnesota, a state of 10,000 lakes, we were excited to find this VRBO that not only had a pool but a boat to use as well. Tom the owner was great to work with; very prompt in getting back to us with questions or concerns we had. The home was very comfortable (for 6) and well stocked. Our 8yr old granddaughter spent every minute she could in the warm, clean pool. Fishing gear was also supplied and our 17yr old grandson spent his share of hours fishing off the dock. The boating was fantastic! We all loved seeing the dolphins when in the boat or relaxing on the dock. This home is in great proximity of shopping, shelling, and wonderful eating establishments. None of us wanted to see the week end but all are in agreement that we will return!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
