  • Perfect vacation house!

"We stayed at this property for a week in late December, 2013. The home is very clean, new furnishings with very comfy beds, the home is spacious with an excellent kitchen, excellent pool, and a big dock where we tied up our 19' boat, and this house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood. The fenced in area to the side of the house was a great place to leave our big Labrador Retriever when we were out, but pets are allowed in the house. Note: the house smells like brand new and we couldn't tell that any pets had ever been inside the house. Property manager lives nearby and is really nice and helpful with any information you could possibly need for your stay. There's a retail area less than a mile away with a Publix, Papa's Johns, Subway, and other food options, and a gas station on the opposite corner. There is a marina right around the corner with extremely nice folks who helped us figure out best fishing options for the area. Fishing was really great both in canals and out. There's a large movie theatre only about ten minutes from the house. Also, we took a side trip to nearby Sanibel and Captiva which were both lovely. But back to the house - we felt like we really got a good deal for a very reasonable price. Our vacation at this property was perfect in every way and I highly recommend it!"

  • ENJOYABLE

"We enjoyed our stay and during the time we were here we had relatives and friends stay with us for a while and found the home very comfortable for all. There were enough options for entertainment and just plain relaxing to keep everyone satisfied.Caught a few bass out of the canal and enjoyed watching the birds and geckos outside the lanai. We would highly recommend this property and dealing with Pam(the owner) was also a positive experience."

  • Relaxing retreat

"This home is a relaxing retreat. There are a lot of whimsical paintings in the home that brought a smile to my face. The upstairs bath has a mural of fish swimming in the ocean that lead to a large walk in shower with not 3 but 5 shower heads! The beds were comfortable, we had no trouble sleeping after a long day of golfing and relaxing in the spa. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy allowing us to pack light. The location is perfect in that we found we were about 30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, seemed to be a safe and friendly neighborhood with people out walking during the day. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. While the owner does not live in Florida, she responds quickly to email and returned our deposit quickly mailing it within a week of time. She was very easy to work with. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we were not able to heat the pool. We let Cerstin know and she quickly contacted the pool service. Unfortunately the pool service didn't resolve the problem. Its possible that we misunderstood the instructions but not probable as three of us interpreted them the same way. We would rent again next year if the pool problem could be resolved."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
