  • Nice Condo

"This condo has generous space for a one bedroom along with nice closet space. It's open concept is an extra benefit as is parking right outside your door, ease of trash disposal and recycling. The unit was clean when we arrived with plenty of bath towels. Bath is small but clean and has plenty of hot water and good pressure. As noted in other comments; more kitchen towels are needed, patio door is hard to work and the tub did drain slow. These are minor issues and should not distract someone from renting. The grounds are well maintained, pools are heated, beach chairs provided and great location. We would recommend this place to friends."

  • A Great Getaway.

"We found the perfect place to escape the brutal 2015 winter. This home is exactly as it was advertised. The home was close to the beach so our morning beach walks were enjoyable and within walking distance to enjoy lunch at the Tiki Bar at the Ritz. Spacious enough to accommodate three couples. Beach towels and pool floats were an added bonus. It was a pleasure working with Kristy, the owner. I did notify Kristy that the gas grill needs to be replaced and I am confident that she will take care of this."

  • Perfect Place to Stay!

"My husband and I stayed in this unit for a full month. We give this unit and its owners the highest possible recommendation. The owners promptly and patiently answered all of our questions, and all business communications were handled quickly and professionally. The property was clean and in great condition, and the location is excellent. The neighborhood is safe, and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Every possible paper product, soap, and cleaner was provided. The furniture was tasteful and extremely comfortable. The in-unit washer and dryer is a real plus, and the garage was particularly important to us for our car. Thank you Steve and Jennifer - we will be back!!!!"

  • #5

"This was our 5th time in Palmira for the month of December. Clearly we love the Palmira experience. The golf course is extremely challenging and the community amenities are first rate. The home is very comfortable and the owners extremely pleasant to deal with. What could be better than a Western exposure with sun at the pool for the entire day and gorgeous sunsets in the early evening ? It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as advertised ! We would love to return."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
