"My family had a wonderful week in your beautiful home, it was exactly as described and was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. We loved having the pool and hot tub to come home to after a long day at the baseball field and loved having access to the canal for a little fishing. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was absolutely perfect!!!"Guest: Baseball Family!!! Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 17, 2014View listing
"All rooms are large and the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. The house was immaculate on arrival. The mattress is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Next door neighbors are helpful. Very friendly, quiet neighborhood, close to all Cape Coral shopping and attractions.Beautifully kept yard and canal with boat docking facilities. Definitely recommended - a home away from home."Guest: Dan Dover Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: November 12, 2013View listing
"We actually stayed in Nov 2012 but the calendar wont go back that far. It was just me, my husband and young daughter. The home was perfect. It wasn't cluttered with too many things or furniture but it also had everything we needed. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The pool fence was great for our young child. As was the use of a pack n play. The gulf access canal was a bonus. I used to live in the Cape so knew the areas I didn't want to stay in and the areas that were more desirable. I knew this neighborhood and it was everything i remembered it to be, even though I hadn't lived there for three years. We had an issue getting the pool heater to work so we called management. Someone came the next morning. Nothing was wrong, things just weren't set right. But we ended up not heating the pool anyway. We instead heated the spa to a low heat since it was perfect for our two year old to 'swim' around in. I forgot to write a review after our visit but since I'm considering a return visit I thought I would share our experience...I want to go back. That says it all!"Guest: cherie s.
