  • Cape Casa Paradise

""Cape Casa" is absolutely wonderful. This home is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything your family needs to be comfortable. We love being able to fish right off the dock and the kids (12 & 13) love the pool! Palaco Grande is a lovely area and you are so close to all kinds of beautiful places, like Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The property owner (Kevin), and the property manager (Pal), were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back!"

  • summer getaway

"The house was gorgeous & perfect location for us. The property manager took care of things very quickly, which wasgreatly appreciated. The owners returned our deposit very quickly as well. The only recommendation I have is that the upstairs "entertainment/office" room be turned into another master suite, as it was intended. That would've been perfect. Our stray was almost perfect & close to shopping, restaurants, & parks. The pool was awesome to have every day! Thank you so much for our great vacation at your lovely home in Cape Coral!!"

  • Relaxing retreat

"This home is a relaxing retreat. There are a lot of whimsical paintings in the home that brought a smile to my face. The upstairs bath has a mural of fish swimming in the ocean that lead to a large walk in shower with not 3 but 5 shower heads! The beds were comfortable, we had no trouble sleeping after a long day of golfing and relaxing in the spa. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy allowing us to pack light. The location is perfect in that we found we were about 30 minutes away from everything we wanted to do, seemed to be a safe and friendly neighborhood with people out walking during the day. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. While the owner does not live in Florida, she responds quickly to email and returned our deposit quickly mailing it within a week of time. She was very easy to work with. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because we were not able to heat the pool. We let Cerstin know and she quickly contacted the pool service. Unfortunately the pool service didn't resolve the problem. Its possible that we misunderstood the instructions but not probable as three of us interpreted them the same way. We would rent again next year if the pool problem could be resolved."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
