  • Wow.....What can I stay...

"First of all I want to thank Kim for allowing us to rent her property Feb 14-21, 2015. What can I say she was such a lovely person to work with. Very friendly people. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave. The home was immaculate. We arrived a little later than planned because we drove. Only to find the house well lit with soft music playing in the background. At first it scared me because it was dark and late at night and I though someone was in the house. But much to our surprise it was the TV set playing soft music to welcome us. Very nice! The home was just breathtakingly beautiful. The pictures really don't do this home justice, its stunning. Caution: if you have small kids, there are white carpets through out SO please be careful with the food and drinks. The neighborhood was SO nice, we took a several walks during our stay just to look at all the different homes, one was nicer than the other. The pool was beautiful, but it was still to chilly to use, so we sat in the sun on the dock. Unfortunately, there was a cold front that came through the area as the North East received their artic blast! Two days it was in the high 78 and the rest were in the low 60s. One day it was cold with winds making it feels in the lo 50's. But it was so much better than being in -9 degrees and it didn't spoil our time here. The Yacht Club wasn't far away-great beach and restaurant. We enjoyed a trip to Sanibel/Captiva/Pine Island & Matlacha. We took a tour of the Wicked Dolphin Distillery and had dinner at Cape Harbor. There was so much more that we didn't get to do. Our favorite beach by far was Ft. Myers Beach. All the little shops and restaurants and miles and miles of beach.... Beautiful. I would come back to this home again! In fact, I can't see paying for a hotel when you can have an entire home for the same price. This home was superb! Thank You Kim Bill for such a lovely stay at your home, Its beautiful!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
