  • It's all about the view!

"We arrived at the condo just after dark and there was a full moon out. When we ventured out onto the lanai and saw the white sandy beach in the moonlight and heard the gulf waves hitting the beach we knew we were in the right place! My sisters and I had a wonderful time at the well equipped condo as it had everything that was listed and more. We didn't want to leave! We are going to book for next year."

  • Great Location - Beautiful Views - Walk right out to the beach

"Everything was great with location and views. The house has a lot of space and laid out well. You are in walking distance to the Rod & Reel Pier for eating out, drinks, and fishing. You can even walk to the public beach if you want but we never had a reason to. We enjoyed walking right out the back and swimming in beautiful clear water with white sand. We will definitely stay again in future. The only small negatives would be the worn-out outside lawn furniture and interior needs updating (new furniture, kitchen). Still not a big deal - it didn't make our stay any less enjoyable. We loved it!"

  • Captiva Dream Home!

"For 30 years my wife and I have been coming to Sanibel - Captiva and this was a family vacation we'll never forget. If you want to stay somewhere that feels like home this is the place. The owners are wonderful to work with and make sure every need is met. We had a great time in a house just steps from the beach. After a day on the beach come back to your own pool to relax and sit out on one of the many decks this house has to offer. The house is big enough to enjoy your own private time plus has the feel of home for everyone to get together in the living room. If you want to experience Captiva living at it's finest this is the place!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
