  • Miracle on 22nd

"From stepping out of the our vehicles all six of us were pleased at what we saw. Spacious living room and family room. Grand entertainment systems. Well appointed kitchen with everything we could ask for. I would like to have an electric kettle but the kettle there still did what a kettle is suppose to do - so really not a complaint. The bedrooms were all spacious and never once did we feel cramped. On to the outside - a great pool and sitting area (most of our time was spent there) as it gave you a view of the waterway and it was beautiful beyond words. All our dinners were eaten in the pool area. All of us there said we would BE BACK and were sorry to have the leave as we were on our way to Vegas and now wish we would had of spent an extra week back here. There is also a binder with everything you need to know about the house. I had sent several emails prior to booking and then a few more after booking and each was responded to promptly and with the details that I required. Next time I book it will be less emails and this is a great place with no problems. Thanks Sue for sharing your home with us. We also met the next door neighbours and they were friendly and willing to provide any information on the area. Would I stay there again - yes and for a longer time. We are in the process of planning our vacation for next year and it will be to this wonderful place. As I post this review I realize that booking this house will get harder to stay here as others will decide to visit."

  • Wonderful property

"This property is exactly as shown in the pictures and outlined in the description. We spent 3 weeks there in February of this year and had our entire extended family for the much of that time (5 adults, 3 pre-schoolers and a baby. The house is well laid out for a group of this size and the heated pool is perfect for young children. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood that is central to many tourist attractions and beaches, yet there is a Publix nearby as well as a variety of eating places. We will definitely be back."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
