  • Highly Recommended!

"I just returned from four nights at this property. My teenage son and I were in Port Charlotte visiting my adult daughter. I wanted a place big enough for the three of us to stay together, and this house was perfect! We spent much of our time outside thanks to the pool and lanai, and we were a short drive from the minor league baseball game we attended. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the gentleman who lives nearby and watches the property stopped by to make sure everything was going well for us. This will be my first choice anytime I travel to Port Charlotte!"

  • Beautiful Location!

"This house was perfect for us! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our party of six. We LOVED sitting on the lanai every evening and swimming in the pool. It is a beautiful setting. The lanai ceiling fans keep you cool while you are relaxing. The house was very inviting and clean. We were all comfortable. We loved looking at all of the shell collections throughout the house. There's a washer and dryer that came in handy. The owner also allowed us to use beach chairs, rafts, wagon, bikes, shovels, etc. We used these items at the beach every day. The beach was just a quick walk from the house. It was gorgeous, especially at sunset. We used the bikes to ride to The Shell Museum, Doc Fords, and many other places. The owners left a basket full of brochures of places that they recommend visiting and eating. We tried to hit them all! The house is located in a great spot. We could easily get to the grocery store, area restaurants and shops, and over to Captiva Island. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation or an adult vacation. We would love to visit again in the future!"

  • MUCH NEEDED RELAXING VACATION!

"We stayed in this lovely home the 4th of July week. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Longboat Key. House was very large, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The owners definitely thought of everything. Short walk to the beach, great view, enjoyed the pool and canal. Garage was a real plus! Beach was never crowded. House was much larger than it appeared in pictures. Owners were very good to deal with. Only negative as having to leave. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend to all!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
