  • fun in the sun

"Wonderful vacation! House was beautiful! Furnishings showed some wear & tear but we were able to overlook that considering we enjoyed the pool and many attractions in the area! We were conveniently located near the very upscale Cape Harbour marina offering shops & dining. Highly recommend Fathoms restaurant & Rumrunners. We rented a deck boat one day with some friends and enjoyed lunch at Barnacle Phil's on north Captiva island. Fun day! Played golf twice...lots of courses in the area to choose from. Check out the sunset from the Boathouse restaurant at Cape Coral yacht club. And don't miss Fords Garage for a unique dining experience... Be sure to visit the rest room......you've got to see it! We would definitely go back! Time to start planning for next year!"

"This home was a great location for us. We were visiting for a baseball tournament in the Fort Myers area. All games were conveniently located to this home. The home was well furnished and we were able to enjoy our time here. Thank you for sharing your home."

  • Amazing week of fun and adventure in paradise!

"We where thrilled when we pulled up to the house. We were amazed of the size of the house.. Not realizing until we walked in thru the front door how truly wonderful this house was.. There where 9 of us and we has plenty of room for all of us to stay. The rooms where spacious and the beds were very comfortable.. We had a fully stocked kitchen and we ate dinner outside every night out on the spacious dining table by the pool.. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and we enjoy a nightly fire around the L shaped couch watching the beautiful stars come out at night.. We loved the canoe and took several trips down the canal to catch a site of the many birds, ducks, and baby gators. The house is located on a private road with very few Homes surrounding it.. It nice to have the privacy and the seclusion.. We spent a wonderful day at tigertail beach at Marco Island collecting massive seashells.. We also spent a day at Sanibel Island even saw a Huge Alligator stop traffic and cross the road a site we will never forget.. Had a great lunch at Doc Fords the fish tacos their where great.. Peter and Sheri have a gorgeous home and we thank them for letting us stay in their amazing home.. We had a wonderful vacation thanks again Peter and Sheri..."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
