  • Location, location, location

"My wife, family and I were overwhelmed by the charm of the home and its location to the Gulf and shopping/dining of Naples. The beach is literally steps away from the home. The sunsets are awesome. The home is spacious, immaculate and the fully stocked with everything needed. The pool and hot tub are an added gem. We would go back in an heartbeat."

  • Great condo!

"I have stayed in the condo a few times now, I find it to have everything I need, it's is always clean and has had many updates done to it. The owner is good to work with, will accommodate requests if possible.also very I for active. It is in a good position to the pool or the beach, and of course on siesta key. It is also great as its on the ground level so no suitcases or groceries to take upstairs."

  • Spring Break

"Loved the stay location is the best possible to beach, weather was beautiful. The unit was good could use some updating especially the Kitchen but it gets you by for a week. Great having free laundry and unit was clean and organized, good TV's with lots of channels. Also unit has nice extra chairs/toys/ etc.. for beach use. We also grilled out a few nights with the gas grille on back patio."

  • spring break 2015

"This unit is just off the strip and so close to everything walking is the only transportation one needs and shuts out the beach noise when you want to go to sleep .If you never been here this is in the busiest part of the Island and is quiet loud . We barbequed on the deck twice the week we stayed and feed my kids and their families (total of 13 adults & 4 grandchildren ) The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook its there (some item I've never seen) there is a Publix is three miles down the road and seven eleven at the corner restaurants from sit down to stands are everywhere and most are better than the chain stores This unit is better than any hotel I've ever stayed minus the maid service Unit is on canal and has a boat dock I will recommend this to all my friends great place to spend your vacation. Drawbacks no dish washer & no pool for kids and stairs for the physically challenged shared washer and dryer down stairs I love this place and had no desire to leave the island or the beach with a beautiful park on the north end of the Island away from rental properties and less crowed than the beach across from unit (we walked there I guessing it is over a mile with great views )"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
