  • A Comfortable, Well-equipped house

"My husband and I vacationed at the Willshire house in Cape Coral for the first time. We found the home even nicer than the online pictures. We enjoyed the kayak and the bicycles. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. She checked in after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking. The nearby beach and yacht club were an added treat. There were several very nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The weather was simply gorgeous and a much needed respite from the snow in Connecticut. The only disappointment was the traffic once we got outside our immediate neighborhood."

  • Christmas in Cape Coral

"We rented Chris's property for a Christmas vacation with my girlfriends family who had come over from Russia. The concept of Christmas on the beach was too much for them to pass up, so we drove from Austin Texas to Cape Coral (2 *very* full days drive) and had a wonderful time ! Very comfortable laid back home, close to local shops and a short drive to the beaches on the islands or Fort Myers. The family Shi-Tzu came along too and enjoyed the walks along the inland canals. If you want to vacation in this area, you won't be disappointed by this property."

  • Girls week

"Wonderful place for many types of vacations. We had a great girls week away from home in beautiful sunny South West Florida. Wining and dining was great whether we were at a local restaurant or dining on the lanai by the pool as the sun sets. Close to fabulous beaches, but also lots of other activities. Relax with a glass of wine while you learn to paint a colorful picture at Vino's Picasso in Ft. Myers. Take a sunset dolphin cruise to explore the coastal wildlife. Floating in the heated pool at night looking up at the stars was very relaxing. Shopping, eating, drinking, laughing, sunbathing, we all had a wonderful time at Berkshire Palms! Owners are wonderful, very accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Definitely planning on returning again!"

  • Awesome Trip!! May 6-13, 2014

"My wife and I and her brother and his wife stayed at this property for a week June 6-13 2014 and we had an incredible time. We rented the boat for the week we were there and are so glad we did. It allowed us to do so much more than we would have been able to do without it(Sanibel, Captiva, Fishing, Picnic Island, Cabbage Key). I have operated boats and been around fresh water all my life but have never had the opportunity to operate one in salt water. I took advantage of the offer Nadia informed me of to the have "The Captain" come over and show about the operation and takes us out on the water to familiarize us with channel markers, dangerous areas etc.. Frank was very friendly and informative and was a great asset for info about things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. There was an additional charge for this service, but it was well worth it. The pool was great as well and at least one of us was in it every day we were there. Nadia was very easy to get in touch with and answered all our questions and concerns promptly! We have already started talking about going back and what things we didn't get to that we will do the next time we are there!! I will highly recommend to friends and family!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
