  • Perfect Holiday

"We have rent the house for 10 days. It was a fantastic time. The house is clean and has everything you need. The residental area is very quiet but the beaches and shops are not far away. If we will come back to cape coral, I'm sure we will rent the house again."

  • Great place to stay.

"Stayed at this home for the month of March 2015. The location was very convenient to restaurants, beaches, golf courses, grocery store and many attractions. We had record setting temperatures and really enjoyed having our own pool. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor lanai area when we were home. Had my grandchildren over for a barbecue and they enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock...even caught some fish! Since it was spring break time we did not want to go to Ft Myers Beach and fight the crowds so we went just a few miles and spent time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Beautiful beach and great restaurant at the yacht club. Wonderful place to watch the sun set. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends. Lovely home and had everything you needed...pots, pans, coffee maker, ice maker, towels, beach towels and floaties to use in the pool. Very nice neighborhood...quiet area, friendly neighbors, and felt very safe. Just loved it!!!"

  • What a Vacation Location!

"This comfortable 3-bedroom house is in the midst of all that Cape Coral has to offer. The pool in the backyard with attached hot tub was truly delightful for our kids and their children. Using the boat to access the Gulf within minutes is an experience not to be missed. David, the Caretaker, was responsive to our every need. We had a wonderful vacation in this house and intend to be regular visitors every year."

  • Felt Right at Home

"The house was more than I expected! It was well kept and very inviting. Tim was easy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. Great restaurants are near by as well as a grocery/shopping center with in a mile of the house. Several beautiful beaches are within a 20 minute drive (We brought home a lot of amazing sea shells from Sanible Island). My husband and I relaxed and watched the sunset every evening on the boat dock while we fished. I normally go on cruises every year, but this may become my new vacation spot every year. The place was great and very relaxing!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
