  • A Comfortable, Well-equipped house

"My husband and I vacationed at the Willshire house in Cape Coral for the first time. We found the home even nicer than the online pictures. We enjoyed the kayak and the bicycles. The property manager was very helpful and accessible. She checked in after we were settled to make sure everything was to our liking. The nearby beach and yacht club were an added treat. There were several very nice restaurants nearby to choose from. The weather was simply gorgeous and a much needed respite from the snow in Connecticut. The only disappointment was the traffic once we got outside our immediate neighborhood."

  • We had a great time at the Pink Palace!

"The Pink Palace was everything it was advertised to be! House was spotless, the pool was fabulous, and the location couldn't be better. Perfect getaway week with "the gals". Thanks, Jay and Yvonne, for your hospitality and a grand vacation."

  • Over and Above Our Expectance

"We spent two weeks there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The refurbishment, furnishings, kitchen wonderfully equipped, decoration, curtains have been done with a very good taste and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation: TV cable with over 100 channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and new very comfortable memory foam mattress. The owner was very open and honest in responding to our questions, no matter how they were. We had everything we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for trips to Naples, Sarasota, Tampa for shopping, recreation and amusement. You can enjoy the solitude, kayak, rent a boat, walk, bike and run, play tennis and basketball. You can also listen to music and/or go dancing downstairs three days a week from 6 to 10pm. We look forward to a return visit."

  • Wonderful Stay

"Our group of 9 had a wonderful stay at Villa Ultima. Ed and Karen were wonderful to work with and the home had top notch amenities. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and truly at home. We all decided we want to get the same washer and dryer and knife holder. The weather wasn't always ideal but we enjoyed the pool, lanai and relaxed in the home. Plenty of space for all to be together and to spend time alone. We just wish we could have stayed longer. It is definitely the nicest home we have ever rented. I would be inclined to go back to the area because the house was so nice. The screened in pool was especially awesome."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
