"We spent two weeks there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The refurbishment, furnishings, kitchen wonderfully equipped, decoration, curtains have been done with a very good taste and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation: TV cable with over 100 channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and new very comfortable memory foam mattress. The owner was very open and honest in responding to our questions, no matter how they were. We had everything we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for trips to Naples, Sarasota, Tampa for shopping, recreation and amusement. You can enjoy the solitude, kayak, rent a boat, walk, bike and run, play tennis and basketball. You can also listen to music and/or go dancing downstairs three days a week from 6 to 10pm. We look forward to a return visit."Guest: Francine Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 12, 2013View listing
"we had the most wonderful relaxing time at this house. The owners called to make sure everything was ok. We did not have an issue with the doors or the blinds. The icemaker was fixed - turned out that someone prior to our rental turned off the water to the fridge. The courtyard pools is visible from all rooms in the house and the other side is a huge lake with pelicans fishing daily. We are DEFINATELY coming back"Guest: CS Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 9, 2014View listing
"My family decided to make a quick trip to Florida over Spring Break and luckily we found this property. It was reasonably close to local beaches (Fort Myers beach, Sanibel Island, etc) and to grocery stores, Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants/sandwich shops, etc. The pool was nice for the kids and overall the layout worked well for us. It was quiet, clean, slightly dated in some areas (however you can see where the owners are in the process of actively making updates) and met all of our requirements. I would have no qualms about returning again as it offered an excellent value plus the owner was very responsive and easy to work with."Guest: Fredmac4 Date of Stay: March 2013 Review Submitted: August 17, 2013View listing
"We had a great time and everything at the home was nice and worked great. We really enjoyed the pool and cooking on the grill. Our daughter caught some fish at the dock. Lisa was very nice and easy to deal with. We would rent again."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: March 2013 Review Submitted: April 10, 2013View listing
