"the house was beautiful and the visiting host was very nice. We enjoyed every minute and will definately go back again. Everyone had fun with the foosball game. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and not far from Cape Coral beach. My emails were answered promptly hope to be back soon. Swimming was a must as the pool was very deep and the jacuzzi was an added touch. Thank you"

  • Great Home in a Quiet Neighbourhood

"This home was a wonderful way to start out the new year. The property was well maintained and equipped for a pleasant holiday stay. It was exceedingly nice to have a hot tub that was actually hot!! Great customer service from the owner added to the overall positive experience. It is a home we would visit again!"

  • Great place to stay.

"Stayed at this home for the month of March 2015. The location was very convenient to restaurants, beaches, golf courses, grocery store and many attractions. We had record setting temperatures and really enjoyed having our own pool. We spent most of our time in the beautiful outdoor lanai area when we were home. Had my grandchildren over for a barbecue and they enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock...even caught some fish! Since it was spring break time we did not want to go to Ft Myers Beach and fight the crowds so we went just a few miles and spent time at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. Beautiful beach and great restaurant at the yacht club. Wonderful place to watch the sun set. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends. Lovely home and had everything you needed...pots, pans, coffee maker, ice maker, towels, beach towels and floaties to use in the pool. Very nice neighborhood...quiet area, friendly neighbors, and felt very safe. Just loved it!!!"

  • FYI on the photos

"Just a bit of information for people reviewing pictures. The photos do not show the 23 foot boat that is stored on the boat lift that is directly in the middle of the dock area. You basically have 10 feet in front of boat and 10 feet behind boat for fishing and activities from dock. In the photo of pool area, the background view of the canal will be some what obscured. Photos of house are accurate, house was wonderful and pool was great. Town was easy to navigate. Good restaurants."

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
