"Loved the location, very quiet, convenient and safe. Great for long walks and bike rides. Beautiful house, well maintained, every comfort of home. Enjoyed my month stay immensely, would not hesitate to go back. So much to see and do yet perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. Sun in pool area all day long but plenty of shade also for those who prefer that. Great place...."Guest: Linda Date of Stay: March 2012 Review Submitted: April 18, 2012View listing
"We rented Chris's property for a Christmas vacation with my girlfriends family who had come over from Russia. The concept of Christmas on the beach was too much for them to pass up, so we drove from Austin Texas to Cape Coral (2 *very* full days drive) and had a wonderful time ! Very comfortable laid back home, close to local shops and a short drive to the beaches on the islands or Fort Myers. The family Shi-Tzu came along too and enjoyed the walks along the inland canals. If you want to vacation in this area, you won't be disappointed by this property."Guest: Steve W. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: January 9, 2014View listing
"We spent two weeks there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The refurbishment, furnishings, kitchen wonderfully equipped, decoration, curtains have been done with a very good taste and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation: TV cable with over 100 channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and new very comfortable memory foam mattress. The owner was very open and honest in responding to our questions, no matter how they were. We had everything we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect for trips to Naples, Sarasota, Tampa for shopping, recreation and amusement. You can enjoy the solitude, kayak, rent a boat, walk, bike and run, play tennis and basketball. You can also listen to music and/or go dancing downstairs three days a week from 6 to 10pm. We look forward to a return visit."Guest: Francine Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 12, 2013View listing
"Excellent accommodations for a great price! We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The house was beautifully furnished and had all of the comforts one could need. Our children had their own space and enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool was gorgeous and we constantly used it while there. The outdoor living space was perfect for entertaining some of our local friends. The house was within easy driving distance to beaches and other fun attractions. Would love to live there if we could. Will definitely go back!"Guest: Carolyn Date of Stay: June 2012 Review Submitted: July 9, 2012View listing
