  • great place to stay

"I searched vbro last winter looking for a single family home for my wife and I to stay for one month. I was fortunate to find Mr. and Mrs Jeffers house. We were extremely pleased to find the house so clean and welcoming. Our friends who live in Cape Coral stopped by to visit. All were very impressed with the layout and the condition of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffers home. It had split bedrooms. The master suite located on the south end, and the two bedrooms, bath, and den on the north side of the living area. The house was located near restaurants and shopping. We had such a great experience. Can't wait till next year."

  • Great get away

"Rented this property for a week in May 2015 for our 10th anniversary. It was just the wife and I. Great location for all area beaches, restaurants or night life. Clean, very spacious and well maintained. The landscaping looks amazing and was very well taken care of. Caught fish right from the dock. Lazy days by the pool and quite nights in the gazebo. We will be returning with the whole family. Had a great vacation."

  • Annual visit

"This was our 7th stay at Villa Floyd. It is a wonderful home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We went out on the boat most days and this year we finally made it to The Green Flash restaurant on Captiva. We just had to go this year, after Captain Ron recommended it to us and said that while there we should visit the restrooms. Well curiosity got the better of us. We wont say what we found as we don't want to spoil the surprise for others. Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pool before firing up the BBQ for our evening meal. Rich & Rebecca are great people to deal with. Any problems, they are only a phone call away. Rich always phones to check that everything was OK on arrival. We are already looking forward to next years visit."

  • Fantastic Memory Making Week!!

"There were 8 of us- 4 adults and 4 kids (11-15 years old) that stayed at Mariner's Landing. The house is on the canal, and is very spacious, clean and well stocked( coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, blankets etc). The kids and adults loved the oversized pool , we swam everyday and evening. If you need groceries, the Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away. So you can walk or take a cab there. Since we didn't rent a car, we took a cab to where we wanted to go and it was affordable and quick. Rotary Park is down the street and is perfect for the avid birders! We rented the hurricane boat and it was so much fun. The captain had great ideas of where to go and was very knowledgeable. We went to two beaches, Lover's key which is accessible by boat and car. The sand is white and pebbly and there are lots of shells. Our favourite was Cayo Costa Island..the beach is beautiful, white sand, lots of shells and is quiet. On our way to Cayo Costa we went through ReD Fish Pass and saw lots of dolphins in front and beside the boat.New Year's Eve we went to Fathom's restaurant, the food and service was Excellent. We went to two other restaurants one was RumRunner's and The Naughty Mermaid both places had delicious food and great service. We had a wonderful , memorable vacation and would love to rent this house again!!"

Cape Coral Travel Tips

Find Your Quiet Florida Getaway in Cape Coral Vacation Homes

Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.

Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats

Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.

Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos

The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.

Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.

Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair

Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.

Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
